I use to come here all the time and the quality of pizza has really declined over the years and so has the customer service. I stopped coming here because of this nasty manager named Jamal or whatever his name is. He’s very rude, he doesn’t greet you, he doesn’t even acknowledge you. Today is the last time I buy from here, he completely ignored me and another customer while at the register, doing NOTHING. We had to get assistance from someone in the back making the pizzas. I don’t understand how you have a manager like that running your store !!!

Elderly person failed to get a delivery on a coke snowy night. Order made through Instacart. Plus was charged an unreasonable amount with a tip. No show or lack of delivery.

The atmosphere is basically me waiting for my pizza but the manager was very nice and attentive and the staff was doing a good job making the pizzas. They actually took their time and did it right.

Staff seem ok. Pizza was very sad. Maybe it was a time management issue as I ordered online, recieved a 15 min pick up window got there within the window. When I got home (5 mins away) it resembled day old pizza, which is good but not on day 1. Won't be returning : (
Update...Ate 2 slices, walked the remainder to the dumpster.

If you do delivery, know that you will be waiting close to 10 minutes for any order from here. They seem to ping drivers for pickup as soon as the order comes through vs when it’s almost ready. Not sure if all P John’s are like this or just this one, but at least this location doesn’t seem to care if they’re wasting a driver’s time and costing them money having them stand around endlessly twiddling their thumbs waiting on the food.

I am so much bothered with this shop. I ordered thru curbside pick up option, but they kept me waiting in the parking to 15 minutes without any notice. Then I sent my daughter inside and they told that they don't have enough people to deliver at curbside. My question- if you don't have enough manpower why are you taking curbside delivery orders? I don't like their professionalism. I would never go there.

This was the worst experience of my life with this pizza shop, We entered the store just 10 minutes ago on a very hot day. There were 7 workers, but no one asked us what we needed. After 10 minutes, an older man came over and rudely asked what we wanted. When I started to give our order, he said, "One moment," and went to the kitchen, never coming back. I called out to him, "Sir, sir," but no one cared. I don’t know who hires people like this for restaurants. They don’t deserve even one star.
Horrible establishment. Scheduled and ordered delivery for team lunch at our agency. Never delivered and no one answers the store phone. Always thought papa John's was terrible, this solidifies it. DONT ORDER FROM

order buffalo boneless wings and this is what i got like what are these ? the “chicken” wasnt even done the wings wasnt even tossed literally tasted like rubber very disgusted. called restaurant and they did the even want to help was very nonchalant

Literally me and like three other people were waiting to take our order and we saw two people just standing on their phones even after they saw us waiting then they started acting like they were doing something. Would’ve been one thing if they told us give us one moment but they didn’t.

We go to Papa Johns because of the great-tasting sauce but we could barely taste any due to the OBSCENE amount of onion buried under the cheese.
