Literally me and like three other people were waiting to take our order and we saw two people just standing on their phones even after they saw us waiting then they started acting like they were doing something. Would’ve been one thing if they told us give us one moment but they didn’t.

This location of Papa John's is doing something wrong with the pizza. Papa John's pizza is supposed to have a thick, bready crust and generous amount of sauce. But the pizza at this location has thin, dry crusts and little to no sauce at all. Tastes like cardboard.

I need the franchise owner to contact me as I just wasted time and money today.First off employees there ARE nice people. The issue is there is some communication issues.I order through the app THE WORKS pizza for carry out. Added pineapple and chicken.I goto pick it up and the pizza that comes out I checked it. Pineapple and chicken only. Garlic stuffed crust but it looked like garlic sauce overload. I said it's OK the mistake happened but it's not my order. They said they will remake it for me.This time I ask If they can do it just cheese stuffed crust instead of the garlic stuff crust since they have to remake it anyway. I wait another 15 min or so. I pay for an extra garlic sauce on the side and extra pepperocini's. They call my name I check the pizza. Ofcourse the extra garlic sauce and pepperocini's aren't there. Shout out to the guy who helped me get that. Anyhow I come home. What's the issue now? No olives on the pizza and it's a regular crust not even cheese crust. Why do I keep paying extra for stuff and keep getting the wrong order?Again I am ASKING for the franchise owner to respond to me. I'm not happy about this nonsense and need to speak with the owner here.
i usually turn to Papa Johns as my favorite pizza. i may order from the other guys but Papas is my favorite recipe. i hope the new owners dont make any changes to it and ruin what they forced Papa John out of. Ratings of this particular restaurant is average (seems to be high turnover) and atmosphere is not the best but it's good enough

Walked in and had to order online for delivery TO Papa John's itself as it was late, AND pay a delivery fee!! Called in order and operator actually asked if there were any special delivery instructions! Good grief!!

The food was tasty and the order correct and everything prepared in a timely manner. However, I noticed the sauce was just drizzled on the boneless wings and they weren't covered in sauce as in the photos. When I inquired about it she told me they just drizzle it on top and don't coat it. However, on the website they are 100% coated and not drizzled...small thing but people should get what they ordered.
