I saw this place as I was at CVS and saw it said “gelato”. I went in and there was no gelato. No one at the register and the worker who was there looked at us for a sec and then looked away to get back to work. Not wanting to help. They do have other deserts. But was extremely disappointed on their false advertising of having “gelato”

Nice coffee shop and good sandwiches but, as you'll see from the other reviews, the owner is rude and inhospitable. Not worth the trouble. Go somewhere else.

Really nice place! It uses touch screen to order and the food was made timely and delicious. The service was nice and the atmosphere, though a little cramped, is very friendly and relaxed. This will have been my second time being here and I don't think it will be my last!

Came here on a whim and the food and service were great. Perfect way to start the day. The owner went out of her way to make the kids a special treat. Will definitely come back again!

This is a self-service coffee shop. Customers place orders via a touchscreen kiosk, get their order number, get their food, coffee (or tea, or bubble tea), connect to WiFi and enjoy not having to interact with strangers. Food is simple but good. There’s definitely a great variety of items. Bottom line - I wanted a place to grab a quick breakfast and do some work, and this place was perfect!

Their iced tea is too good. Ambiance is not bad - on the quieter side even with people around. They have a self-service kiosk for easy ordering as well as cashiers. They have so many things! Decent food. The paninis aren’t really paninis - just sandwiches that have been grilled a tiny bit on top.

A favorite local hangout with classic Seattle coffee shop vibe. Lots of windows look onto a patio with lots of trees. Very cozy. Wi-fi. Baked treats. Good food! Great coffee.Vegetarian options: Paul Revere egg sandwich comes with avocado and tomato and cheddar and we love it! Capri sandwich is like a caprese on grilled panini.

The food is decent but most of the staff here isn't friendly at all. Hardly any smiles, friendly tone or welcoming gestures.

do not go to this place if you value your dollar. I have went to this place for many of years. When the owner used to be there on the daily, she sold it to someone else, and another gentleman owned it. I still went there. It was amazing, she end up buying it back, great! When she is not there and whoever it is that are there running the place there’s a lady with glasses that works there. She’s very rude. She has no personality. There’s always some thing. I went there five days in a row, I was charged a certain amount for tea. I go back and they try to overcharge me two times for the exact purchase that I purchase five times being there. I also get tea from there when I go there to get tea there is a guy there. I’m not sure if he’s the owners husband or what but each time I purchase some thing the young lady that is there is being told to charge me more for whatever I’m purchasing, including trying to charge me for honey. It’s unfortunate because I used to love this place, but they would not get a dime from me nor my family anymore. The nickel and diming, and unfairness to customers is not fair. Do not go there. I remember when all they had was one size for their cups, which would be a size medium and when I always got my teas, I always got two bags, now with the guy there and the lady in the glasses, they are telling the girl at the front to charge me almost 2 dollars for one little teabag for that big cup. I just went ahead and went back to the Starbucks in the Safeway in the shopping center. It is hard to support mom and pop places when they do things like this you’re better off giving Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts your money.

We were in the shopping center & the Girlfriend was in the mood for something sweet so we stopped in to ogle the dessert case in this little shop. She selected the Peanut Butter Explosion - a small puck of chocolatey PB deliciousness. We ordered at the counter - there is also a self-serve ordering kiosk as well. There is a nice little seating area - outdoor seating as well.Person at counter was friendly & the area appeared clean - we will have to return to sample some more of the items available.

Katie and PB brought a coffee bar to my brunch party yesterday and they were terrific. Everyone loved their coffee drinks, both hot and cold! One guest said, "I was going to stop for coffee on my wat over here, but I'm glad I didn't -- this is great!" Both servers were professional and they made the drinks so quickly that no one had to wait long. I'm happy to support a local business and Norby's is one of the best.

The drink I received, the maple bourbon latte was good and the breakfast sandwich my friend got looked good. I was not blown away by anything but it was still pretty good.

Coffee shop with great sandwich menu and many places to plug in. I just wish it had later hours.
