Pelicana Chicken in Rockville was a great lunch find. I went with my son after a busy morning, and we started with the Soy Garlic Dumplings — crispy on the outside, flavorful inside, and perfectly cooked. Then, of course, we had their famous Korean fried chicken — we went with the Sweet & Spicy wings and a side of Corn Cheese. We loved the location in Annandale, and were heartbroken when it had to close. So happy it still exists- same owner, same chef, some fun new foods added to the menu! The sweet spicy chicken is always my favorite, and the chicken is so well fried. Also, tou can ciatomize the fries - the seoul fries afe *chef's kiss.* This is my favorite korean fried chicken place - seoul to NYC. It was worth the drive from DC!
