The shrimp inside the rolls tasted old despite the restaurantâs claim that they make them fresh daily. I then ordered the flank pho. The flank meat was pale and almost entirely fat, with none of the pieces resembling properly cooked beef. The flavor reflected the appearanceâthe meat tasted old, and I ultimately removed it and ate only the broth, which was bland but I was hungry enough to continue. When I went to pay, I explained that I did not eat the summer rolls and would only be paying for the pho. The staff pointed to a sign reading âNO REFUNDS.â A refund applies after payment; removing an unsatisfactory item before payment is not a refund. Despite this, they insisted I pay for the rolls I did not eat. As I paid, the ownerâs son grabbed the money from my hand and tossed the change back at me, which I found extremely unprofessional. Overall, I would advise caution if you are considering trying this place for the first time. The food quality was poor, and the staff seemed unwilling to acknowledge or address legitimate concerns from PAYING customers

I've been to Pho Hoa Binh twice now - my first visit was about a month ago, and I just returned today. I'm absolutely impressed by the staff's friendliness and amazing memory - they actually remembered me from my first visit! That kind of personal touch really makes you feel welcome.
The pho here is consistently delicious. Every bowl we tried was flavorful and satisfying. But what really stole the show for me was the Vietnamese iced coffee - it's absolutely incredible! They top it with a thick layer of milk foam that makes it tastes more delicious đ€€
The combination of excellent food, memorable drinks, and genuinely warm service makes Pho Hoa Binh a place I'm already looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!

I ordered the vermicelli noodles salad, and the noodles had a funky smell, as if they had gone bad. This is my most frequently ordered dish at Vietnamese restaurants, and itâs hard to mess this dish up. Iâm a bit concerned about the hygiene issues and will not come back.

Pho is good, Sri racha is fine, but the hoisin sauce taste weird like there is soap in it. I tried two different bottles.
Ran in for a snack while playing cards. Yummy rolls. Unfortunately, a patron was on a video call at full volume the whole time I was there, which was not ideal. Good food, though.
