The P4 pho I got today is one of my favorites! Everything tastes authentic and really fresh. I think this is probably the best pho I've had in the DMV :)

I’ve been a customer of this restaurant for quite some time and have visited many times before, but today’s experience was disappointing. I arrived around 1pm when there were still some available tables, but the place started to fill up shortly after. We were given menus, but no one came to take our order. We had to flag down one of the servers and ordered Pho.
After a few minutes, someone from the kitchen brought the soup — but without any utensils or the usual fresh vegetables that come with it. We had to call the server again, and it took several more minutes before everything arrived.
Another strange thing: I always order the Large size, and it’s usually plenty — sometimes even too much. But this time, even though I ordered the large, it clearly looked like a Small. I couldn’t help but feel a bit deceived — are they practicing a bit of “shrinkflation” here?
Once the restaurant got busier, the servers started cleaning our table and taking away our dishes, as if they were trying to rush us to leave. It felt really unpleasant. When I went to pay, the cashier didn’t even know what my order was because apparently no one had recorded it. She kept asking me what I had eaten — total disorganization.
I honestly thought about leaving the minimum tip for the poor service, but I still left 15%. It’s a shame to see a restaurant that used to have great service start to decline once it feels it already has a loyal customer base. Just something for them to reflect on. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.

Enjoyed special lunch time here 😋 by myself after rough morning with kids from school! Loved to spend my relaxing time here and enjoyed good foods! For some reason, I kept going this place when I feel tired and hungry! ❤️!

Extremely flavorful beef pho broth, lots of nuance and well balanced for the warm spices of cinnamon, star anise, etc. The broth was beefy and wonderfully clean, aka not murky, they went hard on making it as exceptional as you'd expect from a consommé. The beef quality was high, and the fatty brisket was cut ever so slightly thicker, so it had excellent, unctuous texture and bite. Excellent ambiance, lots and lots of staff cooking and running food. Also had the cold rice paper rolls that had porky bits, vermicelli and veg, and they were wonderful. They provide lots of sauce tableside. This was recommended to us by a stranger whom I bonded with while waiting for a food order elsewhere. We were not disappointed at all. The prices are higher than our normal haunts for pho and banh mí, but totally worth it. A small wrecked me, a large wrecked my husband. We were SO full. Quality ingredients just fill you up better. There was an XL option, and I did not see anyone manage to finish it. They took their food home.
We are visiting this place for years. Always high quality delicious, always friendly. We usually get the Pho, spring rolls and a noodles dish. All are great.

Love the pho but giving two stars because of the ridiculously tiny portion of the beef they gave me for delivery. It’s the size of a regular sized guacamole cup from chipotle. It’s an actual joke and almost insulting . Won’t be ordering delivery again unfortunately.

As someone who has enjoyed my fair share of Pho and other Vietnamese delights.....Pho Nom Nom is amazing. Quick service, delicious food and they have some of my favorites including chanh muối.

The food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. This was some of the best pho I’ve ever had. Tony, in particular, was very welcoming and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning!

The food here is really very good, but unfortunately the portion sizes are a joke, at least for the takeout bun that I ordered. I think I should have gotten around 3x the quantity compared to what I received, especially for $16 which is not exactly cheap for a vermicelli bowl. It’s too bad the portions aren’t bigger because the food I did get was really good:((
