Extremely flavorful beef pho broth, lots of nuance and well balanced for the warm spices of cinnamon, star anise, etc. The broth was beefy and wonderfully clean, aka not murky, they went hard on making it as exceptional as you'd expect from a consommé. The beef quality was high, and the fatty brisket was cut ever so slightly thicker, so it had excellent, unctuous texture and bite. Excellent ambiance, lots and lots of staff cooking and running food. Also had the cold rice...
