Honestly one of the worst pizzas I've had in a while. We did a pick-up order 2 stuffed crust pizzas.
Frozen pizza from the grocery store tastes better. We even opted for Pizza Hut cause we know it's usually the best regardless of it being expensive but man that stuffed crust dough didn't even rise, the pizza was so flat and the crust crumbled like a cookie around the stuffed cheese.
It tasted like they ordered this dough pre stuffed and had it in the freezer for too long. guess you CAN out pizza the hut. Also the cheesey garlic bread barely had any cheese on it.
Overall very disappointed.

Order on line was fine, but the order was not quite what I asked for. The staff was pleasant and professional. Also, the pickup was fast. In addition, parking at this strip mall can ce a beast, since spaces are limited.

Garbage. Fancy Christmas box but the contents cannot be properly called food. Fake crust, sauce, scant toppings. They screwed up the order, one pizza should have been pan which is slightly more edible than the plain cardboard crust. Has the brand fallen so low over the years or is it just this outlet?

Tried to order 20 large pizzas last min, due to an emergency situation where I needed to feed 60 people who had been without power. Was placed on hold for over 10 min.
Called Domino's instead. They had no issues accepting my order and they said it would only be about 30 min. I will never use this pizza place.

I don’t know what happened between the last time we came here and today, but I’ve never had a worse experience here. Not knowing what’s going on with this lady, if she just hates us or doesn’t know what’s going on, but not even talking to us, and just starting at us is so weird. We wanted a Buffalo Chicken pizza with Alfredo sauce base and she just stared at us like we asked for her first born child. She never attempted to do anything but stand there, it was so awkward. Why not answer our questions? We have had this pizza here before.. The level of rudeness was so much that just turned around and left . Language barrier? I don’t think so.

How do you not carry any cash as a delivery driver? Fine, so I called the store to try to pay for it with my card but they just let the phone ring for over 5 minutes, HAHA ridiculous I had to tell the dude to take the pizza back AND I LOST MY PROMO BECAUSE OF THIS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!

After the Pizza Hut that was near us closed a number of years ago we switched to 'the other big chain' which was adequate but nothing special. This Pizza Hut opened in the last year or two and we didn't know that they had delivery. Well , today we ordered their pizzas and the apple pie's for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The flavor was sooo much better than you know who. AND.....even though the apple pies are smallish they taste just like the McD's apple pies tasted back in the 70's & 80's when they were crispy & delicious. So glad we saw that you deliver (now). Instantly converted !

This is the best Pizza Hut I have been to in The entire dmv area. Isidro is very friendly and accommodating. All my pizza comes out just the way I asked and tastes great. Better than dominos and papa John’s in the area.
