This greeting is extended to the superiors for their dedication in training the staff. Lost a pleasant work environment which is key when it comes to eating meals, I have had bad experiences due to noisy environments and shouting at the staff, particularly I will not return….I invite you to maintain this standard of quality of service CONGRATULATIONS!!!!??

The workers here are the absolute WORST! They are so rude..don’t answer calls or try to fix things and talk to you however they want. I don’t know who is in charge of hiring but you need to get fired yourself for the horrible staff.

They no longer have a lunch special. Expect to pay $15 for 2 pieces, biscuit, side, and drink. Also, the Rockville store took out over half of their seating, so beware if you go at a busy time (lunch or dinner hour).

I have horrible experience with worst costumer service from Ricardo and Dayana. They don’t respect the job and the time from the clients and delivery workers.My client’s meal was ready and without caring about my client or my work they made me wait 25 minutes to give it to me. A total apathy. They seem to hate work and people! Popeye needs really good people working in this location

This place must have gotten new management. Our experience tonight was fantastic!!! We've ordered before and it was okay. But the service today was efficient and competent. The food is amazing! Best Popeye's I've ever had. We will be ordering far more often!
