My BLTA was so good I had to call the store to give Avery my gratitudes. My partner ordered my sandwich to go and while we were on the phone, Avery was very attentive to my desires and offered suggestions to enhance my sandwich (onions and mayo). Then when I got my delivery, there was jalapeños on the side which were the perfect touch to add the extra umf to my sandwich. All my experiences at Potbelly have been great, but this is my favorite sandwich yet and that’s all thanks...
The Potbelly on Montgomery Avenue is my favorite store--hands down. Between the fantastic team and the iconic shakes, everything here is done with love, no question. To the team: Thank you, keep doing what you're doing. 👍🏼
