After a long day being on the go as Wife, Mother, and Professional, Poyoteca was an stress-free way to end the day. Everyone’s pallet was satisfied with options for Peruvian rotisserie chicken, veggies and starches.
I’m confused with the macaroni and cheese or mashed potatoes. There’s rice and beans, fries and yuca too! We like Brussels sprouts though the children prefer string beans.
I’m doing my best to promote my health. The cilantro lime dressing was flavorful and helped me enjoy a full serving of salad.
I appreciate that there are no codes on the bathrooms. They were tidy and fresh with a place to put my belongings while I handled my business.
Seating is separate from ordering. There’s a TV should you choose to dine in (I took a load of and charged my phone).
Finally, the employees were very personable and efficient which is the hallmark of any restaurant. Two thumbs up for Fallsgrove Poyoteca.

Absolutely delicious fresh chicken and sides. I had the 1/4 dark chicken and it was heavily seasoned. I had the mashed potatos which were amazing, lots of flavor and have a garlic after taste. The mac & cheese was pretty good as well with a garlic after taste. The fried rice pretty tasty and is some of the best I have ever had.
I definitely recommend coming here. The service was acceptional and friendly. Transactions and food was speedy. It's a must try!

(Ordered through DoorDash) I would definitely order from here again. The 1/4 Chicken Dark was cooked so well and was full of flavor. I ordered it with Mashed potatoes and Mac n Cheese. Mashed were good, but do not order the Mac. Order was ready pretty fast too!

For $10.00, you can buy an entire chicken somewhere else( Pollo Rico,Galitos, Don Pollo) and better deals. The place was empty at noon, so it goes to show that this will not work out,not coming back!

Delicious food with a bit of home taste. I love rice, beans, and plantains, so whenever I want those food staples I can easily get them here and they taste great. The chicken is the best, always excellent flavor. The servers are nice. Recently I also tried the dessert "Tres Leches", very good!

Good, but not quite great, Peruvian-style “Pollo a la Brasa” chicken and sides. I adore that style of food and Poyoteca was all good but never really tipped over to great.
