Clean environment, deliciously authentic food, fast service and delightful ambience. What is there not to love about this place?
I stumbled on the gem of a restaurant and enjoyed the best Chicken Tikka masala. I happen to be a good connoisseur of Indian food by virtue of having studied in India for over 4 years.
I’m coming back for the butter chicken next time.

This was my first time trying RASA and I ordered takeout. Everything was packed well and still hot when I got home. The food was flavorful, fresh, and didn’t feel heavy or greasy. I liked how customizable the bowls are, and the portions were filling. The spices had good flavor without being too much. For a first takeout order, it was a solid experience and I’d definitely order again.

About a year ago, I wanted to give this place a try and I did. In all honesty, I don't know how this place or rasa in general, even got 4.6 STARS. That said, I wanted to simplify my review. There are other alternatives for authentic Indian dishes in the Rockville MD area. I truly hope Rasa can improve with the taste of their food and will be more appealing and appetizing to their client base.

Tried RASA for the first time and wow it completely blew me away. The flavors are bold, fresh, and actually exciting, not bland or rushed. Everything tasted thoughtfully made, and the spices were on point. Honestly, it's way better than Chipotle in both quality and taste. RASA just feels like real food done right. Can't believe it took me this long to try it I'll definitely be back. 10/10

Terrific, just terrific. I was craving Indian, and the price for value from these bowls can't be beat. I live in NW, and rarely venture near any of the other locations. Truth be told, I'd forgotten there was one in Rockville. Hadn't been since before they introduced the chilli chicken (or maybe I'd never noticed they had it.) Delicious. Kind of an unusual dish, given it's Indo-Chinese. Not a lot of places have it, or if they do they make it too sweet- almost like General Tso's chicken with curry powder mixed into the glaze. This had heat but not so much I couldn't taste the chicken AND the rest of the spices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They weren't slammed when I got there (guessing at 4:30ish it's just before the dinner rush.) The fella behind the counter offered me a sample since I hadn't tried the chilli chicken, and talked me through toppings and sauces to go with it. An excellent rep for the brand (if that's not too inside baseball.) Oh, and the creamed spinach? Probably could've eaten their entire tin of it. Seemed like palak rather than saag, but just a guess.

Nice ambience and a pleasant atmosphere, but the food was not up to the mark. The quantity is quite less for the price we paid. Overall, an average experience.

It is basically like a south asian chipotle. Food tastes good. They had a BOGO bowl deal on uber eats which was a good deal. The customer service and restaurant ambiance were nice during pickup. I'd get food here again.

RASA is truly an amazing place. I had the spicy chili chicken, and it was absolutely delicious full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and very satisfying.
