I have consistently experienced frustration when attempting to place a phone order for additional prosciutto at Robeks. Despite multiple attempts, the phone often goes unanswered, making it difficult to customize my order. There is a disappointing unwillingness to accommodate my request to pay extra for more prosciutto when I call after placing my order through the app. This lack of flexibility and unresponsiveness to customer needs has left me disappointed with the service at Robeks. As a valued customer, I have consistently encountered an issue regarding the inability to add extra prosciutto to my orders made through the Robeks app. While I appreciate the convenience of ordering via the app, the absence of an option to customize my order with additional prosciutto is a source of frustration. Furthermore, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism exhibited by the staff when addressing this concern over the phone has also contributed to my dissatisfaction with the overall customer experience.

The slowest Robek’s I’ve ever been to. They took 20mins to get me two smoothies and they had the wrong size and had no idea which smoothie had the additional enhancements. Go to a different Robeks!

The best flavored Açaí bowls I’ve ever had! Also ordered a juice that was fresh, and full of organic tasting flavors (able to taste the flavors of all the veggies/fruit).
