Been going to Robeks every morning for almost a month now. Very friendly vibe, fantastic smoothies, and quality of service is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

I have consistently experienced frustration when attempting to place a phone order for additional prosciutto at Robeks. Despite multiple attempts, the phone often goes unanswered, making it difficult to customize my order. There is a disappointing unwillingness to accommodate my request to pay extra for more prosciutto when I call after placing my order through the app. This lack of flexibility and unresponsiveness to customer needs has left me disappointed with the service at Robeks. As a valued customer, I have consistently encountered an issue regarding the inability to add extra prosciutto to my orders made through the Robeks app. While I appreciate the convenience of ordering via the app, the absence of an option to customize my order with additional prosciutto is a source of frustration. Furthermore, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism exhibited by the staff when addressing this concern over the phone has also contributed to my dissatisfaction with the overall customer experience.

The slowest Robek’s I’ve ever been to. They took 20mins to get me two smoothies and they had the wrong size and had no idea which smoothie had the additional enhancements. Go to a different Robeks!

The best flavored Açaí bowls I’ve ever had! Also ordered a juice that was fresh, and full of organic tasting flavors (able to taste the flavors of all the veggies/fruit).

I ordered a BYO smoothie here which included spirulina, passionfruit Juice, papaya Juice, greek yogurt, pineapple sherbet, mango, peach, and lemon...I know, hefty order lol. Upon entry, the staff were very friendly. The smoothie wasn't bad but it also wasn't what I had expected as I was craving a smoothie. After a few sips, I noticed it was missing spirulina so I went back and they fixed it for me and were really apologetic. I would go back to try something else based off their customer service alone.

went in on a Saturday afternoon not expecting slow and disorganized service, but thats what we got. There were probably only 4 people in the store waiting for orders, but the queue got longer as the time went by. The team running the store was disorganized and losing track of orders. One of the employees was making the smoothies and just putting the fridge and not calling names. They were mixing up orders, getting orders wrong and then needing to remake orders they lost track of.One of the staff was apologetic and said, "Sorry Sir we are busy today.", problem is they made it busy by not expediting orders and getting them out in a timely manner. This shop needs management to help their younger employees and it was very clear the management of this smoothie place is highly lacking and leaves a lot to be desired.In all we ordered 2 smoothies and were in the shop for 45 minutes from when we ordered to when we received it. Maybe its different during the week, but we wont be coming back to fund out.
Our order of two exact drinks took about 20 minutes and when we got them the drinks were clearly not the same. The store had 4 employees, and very few customers, so definitely not a staffing issue. They did remake my smoothie and that took another eternity. If you want a smoothie or a juice, I suggest you pick a different place.

FIRST TIMER REVIEWFOOD- 1)Avocado Egg toast - SO YUMMY!! Really enjoyed this, was filling for me! 2)Mahalo Mango - enjoyed my mango drink. Not a fan of the Turmeric oneService- spectacular! I think they really listened to the one reviewer about "high school employees." We were greeted by a very nice lady! She was so friendly and held a very fun conversation with us as well as offered samples to us. Location- pretty small but they do offer a few seats. Well lit and good music Would come back for sure

I was on the road for work and was craving a smoothie for lunch. I searched for smoothies on Yelp and came across Robeks. The parking was a little hard due to some road work but I found a spot eventually! I was greeted when I arrived at the clean and bright shop. I was a little stumped on what to try and the person at the counter explained their favorite. One that was listed was the Big Wednesday, something I would have never ordered, peach. I went with that and added an immunity boost. The smoothie was excellent, maybe the best ever! The service was top notch!
