Italian cold cut and sausage egg & cheese are my go to, sausage egg & cheese always has a great cheese pull, Italian always hits the spot. Breakfast is cheap and always a solid option.

Wow! What a sandwich
Located in the indoor courtyard of a building complex. Got the Waldorf chicken salad w/ lite Italian dressing. Carrot pieces too tough to stab w/ included plastic cutlery, otherwise good. Cash & CashApp/Venmo only.

Wanted a homemade BLT so bad. Googled and found in minutes.. Fast and Yummy! Very kind people :) Inexpensive but bring cash. Oh and in the courtyard of office building.

I cannot tell how happy I was to suddenly discover this gem. Run by a Mother/daughter team with 1 helper , they have the best chicken salad and barbeque sandwiches. They are always extremely nice and ready to serve. Please do try if you are in the area. I do not eat beef or pork so cannot tell you about the other sandwiches.
