Ive been going to this bakery since I was small. Not perfect but gets your korean bakery needs done. I understand if it doesnt cater to every need but if you come in with correct expectations then you will never be disappointed. I love Shilla and I love cream bbang and I love twist rolls.

This has recently become my favorite local bakery. It has a wide variety of pastries, delicious roll cakes, and bubble tea. It's a lovely, peaceful space to share a treat with my daughter.

The staff and atmosphere was nice and fast but the taste of the roll cakes I got were disappointing. The taste of the flavors mango and mocha were so faint tasted more like buttered bread and the icing has a sugar crunch aftertaste.

The waiters are very kind and let us take our time! And the foods was awesome and tasty! I reccomend going there as if a fancy restaurant! Love the service!

I've been to Shilla Bakery twice in the last month. I liked the baked goods, loved the cake, and was greatly impressed with time, attention, and generosity of the staff, especially Scarlett and Suk. A pleasant surprise!

I don’t like to write review but I have to say this was The worst fruit bingsu ever had !!!! And it’s overpriced!! Put too much mango that not ripe (so bitter). No ice cream. And froot loops really?? Do not eat Bingsu here !!
My thoughts are they have very nice breads and cakes but then the cost is getting too high. There is a cream bread which I like as it cost $8 at all but now was $8.95 and the bread size shrink.. which make me really hard to buy it . I know that the cost of goods increases but they should really look into a good adjustment of their prices before others take over their market position
I drove all the way to Twinbrook to get this milk bread yesterday. Is milk bread supposed to look like this? I've seen it online and it definitely didn't look like this. I couldn't even make a whole sandwich. So disappointing to get product like this.

I wanted to give this bakery a chance even after reviewing the recent reviews... I used to come here many years ago and they had the best breads. Stopped by yesterday and it was dead inside. Variety was minimal. I bought two breads for $7.32. Both were dry, old tasting and bland. What happened to Shilla?! Used to be so good
