This place let me down today big time. Drove out of my way to get there and they tell me they only accept cash. Who has cash these days? I had always been a fan. I wont be back. Tropical Smoothie Cafe here I come.

I have the smoothie king app it says under rewards $3 off any $10 or more so I got the largest one to get the $3 off why is it still $12? The cashier didn't understand what I was saying and still ended up paying the whole price! Smh

Their "Keto" options AREN'T keto, they're just glorified protein shakes. You're spiking your insulin like every other smoothie on the menu. Their website says it has high fat, but I highly doubt it's anywhere near the amount of fat it says on the website, and if it is, it's processed sunflower oil. To those who don't know you need high amounts of fat to counteract the insulin impact you get from that much protein. The whole point of the ketogenic diet is to prevent insulin from spiking and using high fat to switch over to Ketosis. If you're going to charge 8 bucks for a smoothie at least get it right.P.S I suspect they use Maltodextrin in the keto protein blend.

Horrible service! Especially if you’re a person of color. We have been to this location twice in the past week and they have treated us like we’re second class citizens! Today was the last straw. We were in the store first and got our drinks last. Unacceptable! Never visiting this location again!!
Very wonderful item, however unless your wife is expecting, I wouldn't suggest it in the winter or fall! However, there are many different tastes and a terrific flavor!

I've been to several smoothie kings across the nation and this has to be top 5! These women are sooo good at making smoothies! For ex: the one in Morgantown, VV is gross...so yes there's a huge difference!

Ordered online and smoothie was ready for pickup in a matter of minutes. Plenty of variety, tons of combinations, fruits, veggies, add-ins, almond milk for those lactose intolerant and healthy choices. Great product and service, I will be back. Give them a try!
