I been coming to this location for like 2 months straight. Coffee machine broken, no central air conditioner on site and to make things worse 2 young batistas are racist, the way they talk back to you is unacceptable, giving you attitudes when you tell them to make your drink right is one of the main reason why I'm leaving this review. District Manager is also a racist, I have previously filed a complaint with customer service but he is worse to solve problems or address issues.
Parking: To park you got to pay, if not you get a parking ticket violation.

This normally high-volume Starbucks is getting its clock cleaned by the nearby Paris Baguette. It needs to start offering something that doesn't come in cellophane or perhaps become more price competitive. On the positive side, you can get a dark brew coffee there now all day long now. I think the nearby Panera is a better deal than either of them.

Order a door dash delivery and the worker, gave the driver the wrong meal and instructed him that she put the wrong name on it that it was the right order that he need to pick up .., well she Lied. I had a long 8 hr shift and paid for a meal to wake me up and get me home when I’m off and she messed that up because she can’t read or spell or just didn’t care

Every time walking in store, staff always call my name. Ordered a cup of Coffee to collect stars to account. Bringing in own cup also get 10 cents off with additional 25 stars. While consumed coffee in the store, you will get a free refill. While accumulating 200 stars to buy a sausage sandwich. Enjoying drinking coffee and happily collecting stars.
