?Nice service! They made me two cups of drinks with a lot of ices when I asked for no ice at the beginning. This is a common mistake I also met in other Starbucks. They usually just pour out the ices and leave a lot of empty space in the cold cup. However, the gentleman kindly remake me two new cups drinks in this store. I really appreciate that! The atmosphere and the music playlist is chill too!

my drink felt watered down and the tables were filthy. I wouldn’t haveminded that however all 3 of the “baristas” if you could even call those POSERS that, were yapping in the back about their personal lives. SO unprofessional.

Such a good service in this unit.And the beverage, we all know how good it is. The environment is charming and comfy, a good place for break or even for online working.
Everything is fine, except for the outdoor seating area is dusty!Plus: I can’t taste coffee in my latte, but the girl was kind enough to add another shot for me, which made it normal. Same thing happened in another Starbucks in Sant Barbara and that girl said I had to pay for another shot if I want the latte taste more like the coffee . I guess that’s it, Starbucks latte is like milk, you should always get the black coffee.

I had a hankering for the commercialized, super-sweet dessert they call a 'coffee" because you get one now and then, right? So I spent close to $8 on a frap, which would barely be worth it if it scratched the itch. But, the thing had barely any trace of ice, no texture, and just tasted like chocolate flavored sugar. Maybe there was caffeine? It was like they poured a hot espresso into a chocolate milk, and then called it a 'blended frozen beverage'... As I was walking in, the lady in front of me was getting her drink and the pierced, tattooed barista (uniform, you know) asked her something, and the lady had a taken back, confused look on her face before sputtering an insecure..."no?" This was promptly met with a confidently loud, "ok, whatever" from the barista who smugly smirked and walked away.This place used to be on-point with drinks and customer service, but prices have gone up, and service and worse, quality, have gone way down. Go to another location, or just don't bother with SB anymore.

They have pretty experienced baristas here which makes me very happy! I've gone to a few other starbucks to order the drink below and a few baristas didn't get it quite right. They hit the nail on the head here! The drink i ordered "Can i get a grande iced brown sugar shaken espresso, can i get those shots blonde ristretto and updosed" and they made me the most delicious drink every. Used my name every time and were very quick! Great spot with a lot of comfortable seating and fast wi-fi to work or study.
