Got my order wrong which was tea. It wasn’t hot or filled up either and I just placed the order. I asked the guy if I could get it remade and it did not come out good. 2 stars for him remaking it but the customer service and quality of something simple was disappointing.

I usually like this Starbucks but today I went and the sweet cream cold foam I asked for he didn’t even spin it that long and it just melted right into the drink because it was so thin and not made right. So I went back up and was like isn’t the sweet cream foam supposed to be thickened? Usually when I get it it’s thickened more he made it again and SANE THING! I watched him spin it about maybe 8 seconds and pour it right on top of my drink. I POST MY STARBUCKS DRINKS on IG/TikTok AND COULDN’T POST THIS ONE BECAUSE HE JUST WAS LAZY. I was very disappointed and it was my 200 points drink too.

Ordered thru my phone for convenience due to difficult order but later found out I could've had the new trenti but got stuck with venti bc online thats all that shows up. Please add the trenti size to the app!!

Went here about a little over a week ago. My go to has been iced matcha with brown sugar. Best drink ever. Didn’t think it could get better until Jay had offered to let me try it with oatmilk. He was so friendly and let me try something new, and offered to make me a new one if I didn’t like it with oatmilk. But he didn’t need to remake it because it was amazing. If not for Jay, I wouldn’t have found my new favorite drink: an iced matcha latte with brown sugar and Oatmilk which I am drinking while writing this. I was running around doing last minute errands for my flight & he made my day! Thanks Jay!
