This is my favorite Starbucks because I pretty much like everything about this one. Any hot food I order comes out evenly heated, I don’t always get that experience in other Starbucks. My favorite drink is hot Earl Grey tea and I’m really enjoying the free refills on that! It’s so nice to walk in and have a pleasant interaction with the baristas. I was just in yesterday and Jay-R took my order. He was so kind and welcoming not just to me, but to every customer that came in. I don’t have that where I live, I want to drive to this location because of the way I’m treated. It’s a lovely group of people working there. It’s clean. It’s only a few steps from the parking garage (free parking 2 hours!) aside from moving to Pike and Rose I can’t imagine it being any better for me and my family. Thank you, Jay-R and EVERY barista at Pike and Rose 11860 Grand Park Ave., North Bethesda, we’ll be back! 😀

Got my order wrong which was tea. It wasn’t hot or filled up either and I just placed the order. I asked the guy if I could get it remade and it did not come out good. 2 stars for him remaking it but the customer service and quality of something simple was disappointing.

I usually like this Starbucks but today I went and the sweet cream cold foam I asked for he didn’t even spin it that long and it just melted right into the drink because it was so thin and not made right. So I went back up and was like isn’t the sweet cream foam supposed to be thickened? Usually when I get it it’s thickened more he made it again and SANE THING! I watched him spin it about maybe 8 seconds and pour it right on top of my drink. I POST MY STARBUCKS DRINKS on IG/TikTok AND COULDN’T POST THIS ONE BECAUSE HE JUST WAS LAZY. I was very disappointed and it was my 200 points drink too.
