Although it would be very convenient, every time I go in, there's no one staffing the Starbucks. Apparently it's very common for staff to simply not show up.

Had to rate everything low. They were closed at 8 am. They asked me to come back at 10:30. I said that I was thirsty now. We all laughed.

Horrible customer service. If you ask for no ice you get 3/4 of a drink. I called Starbucks to report and they stated this should not be happening. Customers are not charged extra for topping off an iced drink with water or lemonade. And customers should receive a full drink even if they say Ice on side or no ice. The only thing extra is additional ingredients
