Im sorry but coming up to customers who havent even had a chance to get comfortable (under 5 minutes) to tell them they need to leave if you dont plan on buying something is actually insane. Especially so, when the person is a regular and buys multiple items including coffee EVERY SINGLE TIME they come in.
With how many Starbucks there are in the area, you might as well go to one of those instead. Fallsgrove has lovely staff who ALWAYS make you feel welcome.
I will not be coming back even if this is the closest location.

Apparently, Starbucks has a new policy, officially enforced since January 2025, but I only learned about it today, probably because I usually just dash in and out for coffee. Turns out, you don't really notice a policy like this until it stops you in your tracks. My home Wi‑Fi was down, so I showed up for a quick internet fix, but since I hadn’t bought anything today (even though I’m a regular for years here), I got the polite reminder you have to make a purchase to stay.
No hard feelings for the staff, since they’re just following the rules. Truth be told, I felt unwelcome and I left. Experiences like this leave a sour taste, and coming back feels hard. Hopefully, your visit goes more smoothly than mine did.

We have been Going to this Starbucks For many years now, but unfortunately it's time for us to Move on out of our apartment. Reginald I believe was his name? Tall Gentleman with a beard who could probably be friend a bear. Was always so kind and professional whenever we visit. Im not surprised if he gets promoted to Manager honestly out of all the Starbucks I've visited around the country( my work requires constant Travel) He definitely sets the bar in terms of Starbucks professionalism and Etiquette. If You happen to stop by and he makes your drinks You can bet you'll have a Great Day. Thank you SG Starbucks!

The barista Roxie was out of oatmilk for my drink and asked if I wanted to substitute for another milk. I said no and requested a water. She refused to provide a water cup due to not purchasing a drink even tho the reason I came was to purchase a drink and the location didn’t have what they needed. The water was for my toddler yet I had to still buy something????

Great Starbucks location! The store manager keep things running smoothly, and the place is always clean and welcoming. Big shoutout to Reza…he’s friendly, fast, and makes perfect drinks. Highly recommend!
I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich on ciabatta bread, and they sent me a turkey bacon and egg sandwich. Also, on several occasions I’ve ordered ice coffee drinks that are supposed to be flavored, and they’ve had no flavor whatsoever. I’m so sick of this location.

I ordered a simple ice coffee and something simple they can’t make someone come and teach this people how to make a good ice coffee they made my first coffee so nasty no ice n barley put caramel n the second one they put all the caramel on my ice coffee taste like it I’m drinking caramel now lol terrible service-0 start for this place. Don’t go here
