I'm coming to this store solely because Reza is there. He's very friendly, offers excellent customer service, and helps everyone. It seems like everybody knows Reza!Reza, who is currently a barista, is exceptional, and this store should be proud to have him. Reza's potential for advancement is evident, and I believe Starbucks must take pride in having individuals like him. If the company recognizes Reza's abilities, it surely reflects positively on Starbucks as an excellent company.

I usually go to this place everyday for coffee, and today I went like always. The coffee tasted extremely bad. I asked the barista to remake it for me and my husband and she said “why”. I said it’s really bitter. And she was like “want me to shake it and add vanilla” and I said idk. How am I supposed to know. She shook it, added cold foam and it was still terrible. I didn’t ask her again to remake it due to the fact that she seemed annoyed. I really enjoyed the coffee here but I’ll have to find a different location.

So happy they added this new Starbucks near me! It hasn't been slammed like most other Starbucks, which I love. They do make the nitro drinks which is important to me because the last one nearby didn't. Staff is always friendly and orders come out quick!

I ordered a pumpkin bread, and the worker didn’t asked if I wanted it warm and I didn’t mentioned either, so when I asked her, I wanted the bread warm she seem annoyed and she made faces, so, I hope I’ll never go back there again, she was having a bad day or something! ??‍♀️

The drinks were great, but unfortunately, the service provided by a staff member was incredibly disappointing. This person, who I encountered, had a terrible attitude, refused to help resolve issues, and seemed determined to push customers away. "This morning, at approximately 9:15 AM, I visited Starbucks with a friend located at “8010 Gramercy Blvd, Rockville, MD 20855” looking forward to indulging in our favorite coffees and using our Star Rewards to redeem a Glass cup. However, our visit took an unexpected turn when we discovered that the store had run out of stock for the coveted cup.What should have been a minor inconvenience turned into a deeply unpleasant encounter, all thanks to the attitude of one cashier named Paulltte. Instead of handling the situation with grace and understanding, Paulltte displayed a remarkable lack of patience and professionalism. Her tone towards us was nothing short of exasperation, and she repeatedly expressed annoyance, even going so far as to say she didn't want to explain further when we sought clarification. Her disdainful looks and tone created an atmosphere of discomfort that lingered long after our interaction.To make matters worse, after her initial rudeness, Paulltte simply abandoned us at the counter, refusing to provide any further assistance. This level of neglect was not only hurtful but also wholly unexpected from a brand like Starbucks.Customer service lies at the heart of any successful establishment, and it's disheartening to see such a departure from the welcoming and accommodating ethos that Starbucks is known for. Experiences like this one can drive customers away and tarnish the reputation of even the most beloved brands.As someone who has always held Starbucks in high regard, I find it deeply disappointing to have encountered such rudeness at one of their locations. This location is quite a site to behold. Strategically, placed in a bad location. As concerned citizen of MOCO, I'm faced with the moronic customers almost on a daily basis. We need that officer that hides on 270 by the metro station over here. The customers park illegally almost every day. A bike lane is not for yall to run in to get your drink.The right turn lane is not a place to idle your car. Too many times I see drivers almost hitting these customers who are oblivious to traffic.However, when I do come here the baristas are friendly and work efficiently. Interior is always clean. I wish the sugar and supply station was accessible to customers, I often have to wait and ask for help. Plenty of seating inside but parking is limited.

Needed a starbuck drinks for the staff at work so I ended up going to this starbuck. Staff are super nice and friendly and go out of their way to help me with my 7 drinks. Parking are vety limited, about 6 parking spots if you want to just stop by and pick up your order, it is parallel/street parking. No drive through which is not what I prefer but other than that, everything else is great. Store is cozy and small but are quiet during a saturday evening.
