This is the only Starbucks I know of that runs out of ingredients and items on a consistent basis.One day they may not have caramel. One day they may not have almond milk. For weeks they may not have iced coffee.It also does not matter what time of day it is when it comes to items and ingredients running out.It is a real shame that there seems to be poor management when it comes to inventory because this location does have good employees and service.

Wednesday before Thanksgiving, the Starbucks baristas on Darnestown Road were helpful in providing instructions on where to wait for my order. Thanksgiving morning at the Shady Grove Starbucks was not so good. I own the overall issue by not noticing the sign about how to wait for picking up one's delivery. Each store seems to be different. This was my first visit since new rules were imposed days before. I violated the 6 foot distance rule. I was double masked trying to find the exact space to wait. The person I got too close to absolutely went off with rude and unkind loud comments. for violating his space. His hostility was so unnecessary. I won't be going to that particular Starbucks for a very long time. there is enough stress everywhere and people do make mistakes. A gentle reminder about the social distance space would have sufficed. The worker at the pick up counter claimed she did not hear any hostile comments. Right! The apathy and lack of understanding about all the new rules can be challenging the first time you are exposed to them. Let's be a little kinder to each other during these difficult times....and maybe beyond.

Thank you for the great service! The set up has changed during my last visit and is a great reflection of adapting to protect customers and team members during the pandemic. Pick up has its own entrance with team members running drinks over to customers to avoid exposure and walk-ins come in from the side entrance. I appreciate you all!

Due to the current health situation, it's hard to find a place that has wifi and allows you to work outdoors under some amount of shade during the summer. This is one of the few places that has outdoor seating and plenty of shade and exceptional wifi speed. It's my go-to when I need to get away from working from home. Wifi speed is excellent as you can see from the speed test pics. 10 out of 10, would wifi again.
Barista started sniffling and wiping nose with hand several times after I paid for my order then proceeded to handle my items. Out $7 now. Avoid this Starbucks.

Our group, on vacation, stopped at this Starbucks each morning last week. It is located in Fallsgrove Village Center - plenty of parking. The place always seems to have a steady flow of customers. Staff are friendly and efficient. We were greeted warmly most times (just one clerk got annoyed at our inquiry regarding the different breakfast sandwich details) and had quality items provided each time (once they forgot the raspberry flavoring in a mocha drink). Overall, we had very good experiences.
