Starbucks your new-ish machines that make 1 pour cup at a time are horrible! My tall Verona is gross. Tastes like day old Folgers. Begging you to go back to your old methods!

Very poorly trained staff, and poor customer service, I asked a clerk for a cup of ice water, with my purchase, she asked, do you want ice with that? I mean where do they hire these people? Also the half&half was watered down. I called Starbucks Customer Service Phone Number to file a complaint and it's some call center in India who I couldn't hear or understand because of the background noise. If you want great customer service and good coffee and food go to Bean Bag Deli located off Gude and Taft....

Came in like a walking zombie this morning and didn’t even realize this until I was at work ❤️
Starbucks need to train the team on the concept of 'refill'. The website says "During your same visit to that cafe, regardless of the first beverage you ordered, you will also be able to enjoy free refills of hot brewed or iced coffee, or hot or iced tea, following your initial purchase.*" I brought my for here mug and two baristas gave me entirely different answers. The one who refused to do so interrupted me before I can even say I am not asking for refill for cappuccino that was I initially ordered, but simply a ice coffee as stated. experience could have been better

This is a nice Starbucks to visit - easy to get to with plenty of parking and a nice big space to enjoy your drink or get some work done. The service was good and our drinks were ready in a reasonable time. The drinks tasted good as well. The restaurant was clean and organized as well ❤️
