I’m here trying to work. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers and someone who appears slightly older and isn’t acting any more mature or professional than his employees. This is the LOUDEST FREAKING Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. It’s very disappointing and definitely bad for the brand.

Love this store. Always friendly atmosphere. The barista, Elisabeth I believe, kept a conversation with me while making my drink, asking for my foam preferences and temperature, because I told her I had a long day ahead of me. She wanted to ensure my drink stayed warm throughout my day. She smiled and wished me a wonderful day. I hope her manager thanks her on my behalf. She is one of the few baristas that keep up the customer care aspect of Starbucks that has been unfortunately dwindling.
I was visiting the area for the holidays and came to the Starbucks. Recently my dog died and I came back to buy a pup cup for him as a memory and the barista Lily took extra care of me and made sure to make my day. The service really made my day so much better! On top of that, she made my coffee to perfection. This is the type of employee I would like to see everyday at Starbucks.

The first thing we noticed on our visit was that the door handle was barely hanging on to the door by one screw. The second thing we noticed was that the store was not the cleanest Starbucks location we have visited.That said, the crew greeted us warmly, took our order quickly and our drinks were up in a jiffy.
