They keep hiring new people and the new people don't ever know how to make the drinks. Always watery and just horrible tasting. I stopped coming.

If I could give it a 0 I would. This Starbucks is getting worse. The ppl they hired are always on their phones and they never wash their hands. Aren’t knowledgeable about new products and takes their sweet time on their phones and at one point held their finger at us while she was texting and smiling on her phone. Who does that?? They really should not hire ppl who aren’t true baristas. These aren’t ever real Starbucks employees. Their crappy Safeway hires. At one point they had three people in there and they are all laughing and chatting. Didn’t even greet the customers and help. The drinks are always differ than how it should be made.

I went into Starbuck @ Safeway King Farm, the Barista Xavier was awesome. He calmly and professionally managed a long line of customers alone. More importantly he made my drink the right way. Thanks Xavier!

Asked for a doppio espresso then had to explain to the 'barista' that it was not a cold drink. Received my hot espresso and noticed it was heavier than a doppio should be. Took a sip in the parking lot and found that it was regular coffee, very weak regular coffee which I discarded. I am done with that place.

Worst worst Starbucks experience, especially one particular staff with name starting with A. She never had any smile when speaking with customers and was super rude, impatient. If you don’t like this job, just don’t do it. Avoid this Starbucks if you can. The coffee doesn’t taste good too. Ugh.
I would rate it a zero if I could. They charged me extra for a cup of ice and on top of that they charged me extra on my drink for no reason. It should have been $6.31 but instead it was almost $8 bc they wanted to charge extra. They didn’t follow ups rules at all or their prices.
Very Rude staff.So I ordered two coffees, after waiting in long queue, last Sunday around 3:30pm. I was given only one, staff was in hurry while taking order. When I asked for the other, they said I ordered only one! (I didn't check how much they charged), they asked me rudely to start in the queue again, which became longer. Might be their policy, but it's their mistake, didn't listen to the order carefully.

Did not have breakfast sandwiches when I went to the store at 8 am.
This is like the 10th time I got half cup of coffee here! Anyone who wants coffee, I would suggest go to somewhere else.

I am convinced this is the slowest Starbucks in the city! If you are in a time crunch take the extra time to go to a different location and it will still be faster. You have been warned.
I go to this Starbucks ONLY because I leave in the neighborhood and is convenient. I give it 1 stars some of the workers are very rude and not helpful at all. They’re also not well informed about their inventory. Some of the evening workers have a bad attitude and get agitated over little things. I ask for a Starbucks paper bag and without even checking to see if she had one, she claimed she didn’t. Another time she was there alone, and another employee came in to release her. She rushed out of the store without even telling the other barista the items they were out of. He had to refund my money back because they were out of some ingredients for two drinks I wanted. I would love to have a stand-alone Starbucks in the plaza maybe they would provide better service. They need to train workers in customer service skills and how to do the drinks well. The ice teas are supposed to be shaken and then place in the cup not just pore the tea and ice. PLEASE PROVIDE TRAINING.
