This was an Uber delivery but my sandwich was WRONG. (Not the driver’s fault!) I ordered a Double smoked bacon sandwich and instead got an impossible sausage and cheese sandwich. No egg. Just the fake sausage and cheese. I tried to eat it but it tasted like disappointment. Will not order from this location again.

I have been coming to this store for a long time and most of this team is great and I love them. This past week I was in the cafe and a barista named Mia was very rude to me. I had forgotten to ask for oatmilk in my drink so I politely asked across the bar if she didn’t mind making it with oatmilk instead. She rolled her eyes and said “I haven’t even gotten to your drink yet.” After I got my drink I then saw her making tiktoks while making drinks. Very unprofessional and disheartening. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff was friendly and quick, even during the busy rush. My iced Americano was made perfectly—smooth and bold, just the way I like it. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax for a few minutes. I appreciate the consistency and quality at this location. Definitely coming back for my next coffee fix!

Raya is Rude - Don't Bother Going to Starbucks at Fallsgrove
Unless you want to be insulted for no reason. Ordered my drink, got the wrong one, didn't realize until I already drove off. Turned around, went back, staff was rude. Got a new drink, got back into the car, drove off, the drink was wrong, went back. The woman Raya, argued and told me it was the right drink, Creme Brûlée Latte, (it had no whip cream or flakes), I took the top off to show her, and she has the audacity to lie to my face and tell me it melted. I ordered the 3rd time, had to wait all three times, only to have Raya throw my drink on the counter and walk off. I asked to have my money refunded and left. Do not go to Starbucks, they treat their customers bad.
Outstanding atmosphere just a nice quiet place to conduct your remote office business operation and enjoy the high sophisticate customer service. Please ask for Gabby she and all of team at Starbucks are able to give your excellent customer service. I ready enjoyed being her and having my zoom meeting and not being disturbed by anyone. As well as not distracting others when I’m conducting my meetings. They have a great rewards program if you join. Just registered online when you have a moment. I give this franchise a thumbs up, five stars and many kudos.

I ordered carmel ribbon crunch frapp it tasted so funny it was like drilled cold ice she didn’t add carmel in the bottom as normal an dit was missing something i don’t know what exactly i will never get any drinks from that location again the lady her name was Tara i guess
