I don’t think anyone working here has ever made a Starbucks drink before. My almond milk iced latte (pictured) tasted like it was made with brewed coffee instead of espresso. Maybe it was because the barista couldn’t ready her handwriting to know what to make, despite asking me to repeat myself twice for what should be a simple drink order? She also claimed there was an issue with my PIN on my card when she rang me up incorrectly. Hope it didn’t get charged twice for a disgusting drink!

Worst Vanilla Late I've ever had. It tasted like water, literally. Came back to get a "re- make" as you get one "re-make" per drink and the "-" Barista"-" was rude and didn't even tell me the drink was ready. Oh, and the drink was filled 1/4 the way with coffee (filtered water) and 3/4 water (unfiltered) that she got from the drink well. Horrible, beyond disturbing, DON'T GO HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ??

I was visiting Rockville and this SB was always my go to when in Rockville. The store is supposed to open at 6 am. I stopped in everyday this week at about 7am. The store was closed. I wish they would update their hours online

This place is the worst. We live above it, so often stop in before work to pick up coffee. EVERY TIME we go, the same barista is working and says they do not have cold brew OR iced coffee…but you serve coffee. Last time, my husband said “can you just poor regular coffee over ice” and the barista refused. Don’t waste your time!

Great service, friendly Batista, and Amazing coffee. This location is easy to access, clean, and clearly marked where to stand. In closing, the new pistachio latte is amazing!

Guy is cool and very friendly. Girl whose name stars with F is rude and does not care. Asked me what I ordered.....I am just picking up and I thought all you needed was the name of the person. She ignored me after that and somebody else helped me.
