A solid and reliable Starbucks experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick with orders, even during the morning rush. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere for grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down to get a little work done.

My drink was made exactly as ordered, and the food was fresh — warm breakfast items and pastries that tasted just as good as they looked. I also appreciated that the baristas took the time to confirm my order before handing it over.

Overall, it’s everything you expect from Starbucks: consistent quality, good service, and a relaxed vibe. A dependable spot for coffee, a snack, or a short break in your day.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Montgomery County. They usually always make the drinks correctly and have friendly service. The place is clean and organized and I love the communication board they have for the customers. It’s also, a very cute spot with great seating options indoor and outdoors for customers.

I love the matcha ice latte, but I don’t know why on this Starbucks location the color is not green, even though I asked for another spoon of matcha powder (because last time I got it I couldn’t feel the matcha flavor) so I said may self “this time I will probably add another spoon of matcha powder” and I did it, but the color and the flavor is not what I got from the other Starbucks at muddy branch 😭😭 is not green at all, I am so disappointed cause today was my second time, I el wanted to give a second chance, but I will skip my matcha order here.

I went back to get another drink, there was missing one my customized ingredients, but they made a new drink, and it was perfect. I just want to point that they also asked me if I want to keep the other one which I considere something good instead of throwing it away…

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer since 2016 and usually enjoy the service and atmosphere. However, today I had a disappointing experience that left me feeling truly unwelcome.

It was extremely hot outside, and I asked an employee named Maria if I could please have a cup of ice water. Her response was that I needed to purchase something first, which surprised me. I explained that I’ve been a regular customer for years and had even brought my wife and son to this same Starbucks earlier in the morning for breakfast.

Despite that, I was still refused a simple cup of water. It was frustrating and felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially considering how loyal I’ve been to this brand. I hope this feedback helps improve how returning customers are treated in the future.

The other day I stopped by Starbucks to get my morning coffee to continue with my day, I saw this location near me and I decided to stop, sadly the service was really poor, baristas were rude, the store was dirty, and my drink taste awful!!😔 and there was an argument between the manager and the baristas infront of customers. So sad to see such a good location gone to waste like that 🙏

TERRIBLE SERVICE every time I have come here. The barista was extremely rude to me at the register and my drinks were made poorly and tasted AWFUL. When I complained to the manager he tried to intimidate me and my children, I felt attacked and unsafe nobody should have to feel like that when buying a beverage and pastries. I am NEVER coming back here! I hope they close this place for good.

Nice place, too bad the Barnes and Noble bookstore that was next door no longer exists, it brought in a great clientele interested in knowledge. Have to find something to bring that group back up here

My Mom was profiled & denied water upon entry! Unpleasant barista had no idea she was my Mom. Ordered my regular Macha and left a cold water for the next person who may need it! Avoid this Starbucks at all cost!

Very bad experience with the Starbucks here recently, the shift manager (don’t know her name) has been very aggressive towards me whenever I come pickup my order. This morning (4/12/25) I was on a phone call and she kept yelling at me “SIR YOUR ORDER IS READY!” while I was on the phone. Then she stared at me until I grabbed my order and left. I also tried to tell her the water fountain was overflowing in her bathroom and she gave me the crazy eyes and then yelled at me “it shuts off on its own thanks” and then stared at me in a threatening way as I walked out. I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe now going to this location, I hope Starbucks fires her. This is no way to treat a customer.
