I much rather drive the extra mile to go to this Starbucks than the one in Wintergreen. They make drinks to your specifications RIGHT & they make up for any little mistake.

The service was awful and the staff were unprofessional and cold. I have never been to a Starbucks where they don't acknowledge and greet customers. The atmosphere is dark and needs more lighting. The customers were scattered everywhere waiting to order or pickup their food.Parking: There is parking directly in front of the establishment.

Came in this morning and ordered through the app while waiting for my boyfriend’s order. Female worker didn’t realize she was making fun of my online order with another coworker right in front of my face. She criticized my order more when she realized she made a mistake on my cold foam. There’s plenty of Starbucks to go to nearby, there’s no need to tolerate disrespect

The only Starbucks that had matcha and the java mint frap in the area. Great service too and the drinks were incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The baristas here are always super nice and welcoming (they literally greet everyone that comes in, even if it’s early in the morning). For the most part, the drinks that I get here are prepared perfectly. Definitely a consistent Starbucks location!
