Today was my first day buying bread from Stone Bakery.
What a nice place, nice bakers and good bread.
I showed up early at 8 am and was met with smile and care from the two bakers.
A shout out to both Mohamed and Mohsen. And a nice lady who answered my questions the previous day and was coming later to the shop. Thank you.
Mohamed even gave me a free baby Bar Bari bread. It was a treat. He need not have to. I would have written an excellent review for them anyway.
I was told that thy have been in this place almost three years. Their shop is several doors down from Crisp and Juicy and Duck Donuts.
My advice: Help them by buying their bread and other goodies. I saw some Sashir in their fridge, my next purchase.

I love this store and I feel the family who owns the store and the staff are my own family; it feels like they have brought a part of Persia/ Iran here where I could easily have access to, which makes me feel like home, its affects on me is definitely more than just the quality fresh bread they make, it's bringing my childhood memories back to me which is related to my identity as an Iranian. Thank you! 🙏

Stone Bakery is truly the best in the DMV! The staff here is incredibly caring, warm, and welcoming, they always make you feel like family. And their Sangak? Absolutely unbeatable. Fresh, authentic, perfectly chewy and crisp… without question the best Sangak bread in the entire DMV area.
Every visit is a great experience, and their quality is consistently amazing. And yes… I got my mini Sangak as a reward! 😍✨

This is what I got for two breads with the same price which was already overpriced! At least the weight of each breads couldn't be the same as the bakery claims on the package.I prefer to stick with my previous bakery as I found him more honest!

Last week, I discovered Stone Bakery just behind Duck Donuts. The beautiful oven caught my attention as did the smell of fresh bread. The manager was friendly and explained how everything is authentic, and when tasting it, I was convinced and impressed. I'll be back!
