I paid for the drink and I wanted a refill .I accidentally threw the cup while trashing the paper, I requested for a new cup and explained that I accidentally threw the cup but they wanted me to pay for a new drink.

I usually go there all the time and customer service is 10/10 well today i walked in and no one greeted me, there was 3 ladies behind the counter working and it look her a few minutes to start my order because she was so invested in the person before me order. she was not paying any attention to me at all. i had to repeatedly say the ingredients i wanted on my sandwich bc she did not give me her undivided attention, she kept trying to eavesdrop in the other customer conversations. 5/10

Made a mobile order for lunch. The parking was quite confusing, so could not find any parking for just picking up. When arrived after the time of promise, my order was waiting on the pickup shelves. The foot long outlaws sandwich was well prepared as expected. Its steak and cheese were still warm and juicy. All ingredients were present. The decoration looked up to date. Did not interact with any staff.

Young male cashier with poor customer service. No greeting. Barely wanted to take my order. Gave a hard time when asking for fresh lettuce when it was clear that the container they had out had been out all day due to the lettuce starting to wilt. I barely go to Subway as is due to its declining food service. This is just another reminder of why I go else where for a sub sandwich.

I highly recommend this subway near the Shadygrove hospital on Medical Center DrIt is so clean , everything is fresh and the staff that evening was Rany she was wonderful, friendly and helpful. She was so kind to answer all my many questions because I haven’t been to one in years . She waslistening to me tell her my connection to subway . It was near closing time and she was alone at the front station .I wanted to try out the sidekicks new items . They were out of the pretzel but I got the Cinnabon Churro and the foot long chocolate chips cookie it was warm and chocolate chips all melted yummy . It can feed few people honestly .

This is one of the best subways l've evervisited. the store is very clean and service quick and friendly. Food is made fresh and the ingredients also tastes fresh. Use the app to order to skip the lines and collect points toredeem a free sub. Keep an eye out forcoupons and you'll be saving money in no time.

this is a pretty decent subway to go to although, my main issue is the lack of changing gloves. employees need to do a better job at changing their gloves in between prepping customers food. very unsanitary. this could especially be very concerning with people who have food allergies!

Got a 12" sub for two people and a cookie. The portions were decent, and they tasted good. The cookie is a good one. And the staff were friendly.

Ordered online when I got there it wasn't done. Like pulling teeth to try and get them to do it. Took their time. Starred at me while making it. Really uncomfortable to come here. 15 minutes over the pick up

They skimp on portions. Asked for double cucumbers and they gave me just 3. Barely any lettuce & my sandwich barely had anything in it.

Order a 6 in sub and asked for a cup for ice. Was charged additional 2.63 for just a small cup of ice no drink.. a cup of ice should not be 2.63..
