She gave me old bread and that’s why she kept asking if I wanted it toasted. She was trying to cover up the fact that the bread wasn’t fresh. I’m on my lunch break and can’t go back.
Fantastic customer service, hopitality, and food quality, especially from the owner himself Vladimir. It's rare nowadays to see Subway restaurant owners on the ground, making sure customers get the best experience. Definitely recommend A++++

Shoutout to Vladimir, the amazing owner, who went above and beyond to create a custom masterpiece - the Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub on Ghost Pepper Bread! This genius combination was absolutely MIND-BLOWING.
The ghost pepper bread added an incredible depth of heat, perfectly balanced by the creamy nacho cheese and juicy chicken. Each bite was a flavor explosion that left me craving more.
Vladimir's exceptional customer service and passion for his craft shine through in every detail. He took the time to ensure my sub was crafted to perfection.

I had a terrible experience at Subway recently. I ordered a cheese pizza, and it was noticeably raw—undercooked and doughy, making it inedible. To add to the disappointment, the staff were incredibly rude. Not only did they fail to address my concerns about the pizza, but they also made an offensive remark, calling me a "lost white boy." This kind of disrespectful behavior and poor food quality is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this Subway location, and I advise others to avoid it as well. I double checked the location, this subway is an insult to the company, and now opening the chip bag, they are smashed! truly a disappointment to all subways.

I am a fitness enthusiast, and today was my cheat day, so I chose a pizza from Subway. Unfortunately, I encountered an extremely unpleasant service experience, which left me deeply disappointed.
When I entered the Subway store to place my order, I clearly requested three types of meat for my pizza: beef, chicken, and bacon. I was fully aware that there would be an additional charge for each type of meat, and I was willing to pay for it. However, when I communicated with a Mexican employee, I was met with extreme rudeness. This employee asked me four times what types of meat I wanted to add, each time with a tone that felt like she was questioning my choices. After I confirmed again, she rolled her eyes at me.
When it came time to pay, this employee reported my meat selections to another cashier with a look that made me feel like an oddity, as if I were some strange person. She then rolled her eyes at me again. This behavior was highly offensive and seriously damaged my self-esteem.
In today’s society, obesity in America has become a significant concern. Statistics show that over 40% of American adults are considered obese. This is not just a health issue but a social issue as well. Many obese individuals face various forms of discrimination and prejudice in their daily lives, which severely impacts their self-esteem. As a leading company in the service industry, Subway should understand that any form of discrimination and disrespect can have profound negative effects on customers.
In this context, I believe Subway should place greater emphasis on the service attitude and professionalism of its employees. My expectation of Subway is to provide high-quality service, not to subject customers to unfriendly treatment from staff during their dining experience. I hope your company will thoroughly investigate this matter and enhance employee training to ensure that every customer receives the respect and excellent service they deserve.

This subway is the wor$t subway ever! The Hispanic lady ( middle aged spanish lady) who works in the morning SHOULD NOT BE WORKING if she does not like her job! She is mean, has no patience, has an attitude and is plain unprofessional with the clients! I walked in around 9:30am to get a sub and soon as i walked in she gave a very hard STARE and murmured something to herself. She treated another customer in front of me very bad and it disgusted me! SI NO TE GUSTA TRABAJAR con una sonrisa dedicate a otra cosa!:; This subway has to REPORTED people!
