Literally one worker. Not her fault, nice person, but where’s the management? I ordered takeout on the Subway app. When I arrived on time for pickup, there was a long line and my food was not prepared. It was ready 20 minutes later, after I made it through the entire line like a walk-in. There was no coworker to work on mobile orders. Another takeout customer was also present and waited even longer.

This is not regarding my personal experience, but what I witnessed after picking up my food. I had placed a mobile order and picked ir up at ~7:37pm. This restaurant closes at 8pm, as advertised on their store sign and online/in-app. After I got in my car, an older lady walked up to opened the door to go inside the restaurant but it was locked. I was watching this unfold from my car, and saw the lady patiently waiting to be noticed to be let in. When she was noticed after a minute, the lady at the register just shook her head "no". The older lady pointed to her watch to imply "but it's not closing time", it was currently 7:40 exact. The same worker then gave her a very sarcastic face and shrugged her shoulders while putting her hands in the air. Extremely unprofessional. Then when the lady walked away from the door to go back to her car (very visibly upset), I saw the worker smile and laugh to her coworker. I don't see what's funny about closing early, and refusing a customer during business hours. She was given no reason, just rudeness. I am very upset for this lady and doubt that I will return to this location. I do not want to support an awful attitude like that. Judging by the other reviews, I doubt anything will be done. Any type of management seems to be non-existent at this location. I have also sent this review to the Subway "Restaurant Experience" department, and I urge everybody else that posts here to do the same. Corporate reviews mean more than Google reviews. We'll see if I receive a reply.

Store closes at 8 pm they say… got here at 7:35. Door was locked. I got the attention of the woman at the register, she just said closed. I said it’s not 8 and she just waved me away. Bad business

This is just bad all around. We walked in, and there was no one out front, so we had to yell out to get someone to come up front. Then I ordered the "Outlaw" sandwich on a 12" italian herb bread. Gelsy, the employee then asked what cheese? I thought I was tripping, so I looked back at the menu, and it said pepperjack, so I said pepperjack. I thought maybe people ordered it all the time with different cheeses, so I was like, whatever. Then she do I want it toasted? I said yes. She put it in the toaster for all of maybe 5 seconds. Not one thing was warm. Cheese wasn't melted, bread not browned. Nothing! At this point, I just wanted to leave, but l hate being wasteful, so I continued with my order. She asked what veggies? I was like, I'll make it easy to understand. I'll take all the veggies. simple enough? Nope, I was wrong. Halfway through, she asked what asked again. So this time I said the name of each veggie. Mind you, all the veggies looked like they have been sitting there all day, between frozen from the refrigeration underneath or dried out. Plus, the cutting board had leftover veggies and an old receipt from, who knows when. So that just means when Gelsy was in the back doing whatever, she left the whole station messy. They were super skimpy on the veggies as well. Finally, we get to the end, and all I need is the sauce, which is clearly on the description under the title "Outlaw," but of course, she asks what sauce? I look at her, then up to the menu, to get her to look up to see that it says " Southwest Chipotle." She just stares at me. So I then I just go ahead and say it, so she can finish my sandwich. The we go through the same thing with my wife's sandwich, and she even asked my wife what cheese she wants, just to leave it off? Like, why even ask?? The wife grabbed a bag of chips, we paid and left, only to realize once we got home that, of course, the chips were stale because they had a whole in them. Management needs to quality check their employees and establish/hold standards and employees accountable.

This location sucks. How do the people get hired here without knowing how to speak English? I get that Spanish language is a must but English is a MUST as well. SUBWAY LISTEn if you want people to come back. Do the right thing I picked up a foot long not knowing that the children tasted like it was expired. Now I'm feeling sick and keep on using the bathroom. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE. ALSO when I called the store to complain the manager was gone until Monday and if I get sick I will be using this subway.

This location sucks. How does the people get hired here without knowing how to speak English. I get spanish language is a must but English is a MUST as well. Also there were promotions but due to the person working behind the counter doesn't have a clue on promotions. SUBWAY LISTEn if you want people to come back. Need to let people know on promotions inside store. I picked up a foot long and not knowing there was a buy one get one free deal. DONT COME TO THIS ONE IF U want a deal. ALSO the person don't know how to toast a chuuro was hard like a rock and they charge me 3 dollars for this! Come on man. Hire some English speakers with knolege on making your store better. Keep hiring these people who don't care about your store. I will never come back here agian.
