Here at 545pm. The sign says they are open until 6 PM. Google maps says that they are open till 6 PM. They are closed.

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered online a turkey and ham sandwich, toasted and cut into 3 pieces, that should please be wrapped individually. I specified all this in my order. When I unwrapped my sandwich at the airport, I saw that the sandwich was not toasted, soggy, no ham on it at all and it was cut and wrapped as usual, making it impossible for me to split it during my flight. So overall not happy

Horrible! Do not go! I went in, and the lady was very rude and did not even toast my sandwich correctly (10 seconds in oven). The ingredients did not look fresh, and I question the hygiene. They were also talking about me in their language based on the glances and sniggering. I felt unwelcome. When I went to use my coupon- she got very aggressive and started saying no coupons. This is crazy- they literally have a coupon scanner, and when I pointed at it- she started to hide it! Wow!! Crazy!! Honesly, I might have been saved from some unfresh food. Hope Subway can fix this franchise- gives a bad reputation to their brand, + they mailed me the coupons!!

I ordered a turkey sub and was given a tuna sub. I am very allergic to fish and when I called I was met with the rudest lady saying that they were closed at 7:30 but online it states they are open until 8. When I asked about it I was met with hostility and she said they she couldn't do Anand to bring the sandwich back tomorrow so the manager could “count the bread”. I am very lucky that I didn't eat it due to my allergy I would have been in the hospitalDietary restrictions: As someone with allergies, I will say DO NOT GO HERE the ingredients are constantly mixed and not safe for people with allergies

Made a mobile order on two sandwiches on the app. Arrived at the store after 15 minutes. There were a few free parking spaces on two sides of the store. The entrance faced south instead of located off Rockville Pike. There were one customer being served and one customer waiting. The staff was able to come talking to me at the Mobile Pickup before serving the second customer in line. Two sandwiches were correctly prepared and still warm.

Found the clear plastic wrapper found in my sandwich! I even paid %20 tip!The employees looks so unwelcoming.The bread tasted really bad. Takes mushy like it’s been frozen and microwaved and dried it.

I am a student and i got the coupons from Subway that sent to my mailbox. I went there and i showed the lady with glasses the subway coupon and she said this store does not accept coupons. Why not ? all subway stores in American accept it except this store ?? I think the lady does not know how to use the subway coupon at all. I think the manager needs to train her for 2 months how to scan the subway coupons. After that, I left the store but i believe she is poor at training.

I asked for more Black Olives and they act like it was a problem and the manager did absolutely nothing. Is it a black person thing? I don't see what's the problem when I am paying for my food. I want to know who is the owner of this Subway? I want to give him the opportunity to respond before he gets a law suit and don't know why, the manager said her name was Carolina. I have called there 4 times and whoever picks up the phone keeps hanging it up. This staff needs training.

This Subway charges 12.24 for a chicken sub 12” while I have visit other subways Gaithersburg Rockville Aspen Hill , and they charge 1 dollarLess !!!! Why is that? Why is this subway over charging people !?
