Really, if the staff is very terrible, the lady who tends there and denies using the bathroom to her clients will be fired for not having the attention that the client deserves.

If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. My husband and I went there, and let me tell ya, the staff, especially this Hispanic lady, were so darn rude. We asked for a footlong, and my man just wanted some extra onion because they hardly put any on. But guess what? She had the nerve to say we gotta pay extra for more onion! Like, seriously? We've worked at Subway before, and nowhere did they charge for extra veggies. And don't even get me started on the toppings—they were all old and not fresh at all. We just wanted some dang onion! Since when did Subway start making this rule? We've never heard of it! And let me tell ya, with my experience working at a sandwich joint, I know good bread from bad, and the bread she gave us was just awfully soggy and flat so it's old bread. I would suggest, save your money and never come to this place. This is the most horrible subways I have ever visited.

We showed up at 5286 Randolph Rd in Rockville, Md at 8:35 pm knowing that store would close at 9 pm. We went in and there was not one person in the store. I ordered for my son the sub he wanted then soon after I asked for the meatball sub for myself but the same and only lady with a horrible attitude, sheProceeded to tell me she couldn’t make me what I asked for because the kitchen was closed. I didn’t understand that if she was able to make my son’s sub before that. I realized then she just wanted to go home as she showed that very clearly. I left sad, hungry and disappointed because I couldn’t get my (dinner)order done. I thought I should let the main person in charge of this branch, know how my experience was and they should make sure to improve service. After all people are paying to get food there and Not begging for free.

Staff at this location aren't friendly and working very slow. They keep talking while preparing the food.They didn't take this job seriously. The worst place I ever see.

I overall liked the food but a the worker named Leah didn’t use our coupons properly, we had to pay extra for nothing, just because my family wanted some food for the day. Don’t come here if you want to pay extra.

That lady who is serving always serves in a bad way, they should change her, she is very arrogant, terrible at serving customers.

This place should just shut down already. The employees here really act like they hate their job. The worst part is they blatantly rip you off and then act like they don't speak or understand English.Literally all of the ingredients are posted on the menu right in front / behind them. All of the new subway series sandwiches say 2x cheese. That means twice the amount or double the cheese. When you point this out to them, they act like this is coming out of their paycheck or you are trying to scam them. The worse is when they then start playing dumb and act like they don't speak or understand English even though they greet me in English, ask what sandwich I want, what bread, etc...

This place is very poor quality to eat, I asked for thorn in my sanwhic but even by paying extra they gave me an older employee who is too rude, answers poorly, and reluctantly grills the food.

Terrible, there is a person who answers the phone, does not take orders and even has the audacity to threaten to report to the police, for simply wanting to order a simple sandwich. Why do they have a telephone?
The attention is terrible. Educate your service staff. The attention of their workers is terrible. Bad attention, I don't recommend eating there.

The older lady is extremely rude!!! She has no clue how to talk to customers. Others working there were fine but she has a huge frown and continued to rush wrap my sandwich without completing my toppings, I kept asking her please put this topping and then she would keep opening the sandwich again and again with more and more frown, making a mess of my sandwich. It wasn't even rush time, there was only 1 more customer behind me. In addition, she was very rude during checkout telling me to hurry up. Looks like she hates her job. Subway as a franchise needs to step in as this older lady is making this place and your franchise go down the hill! She needs customer service training or be fired! I will not be going to this subway anymore just because of this older lady. Maybe in the future if she doesn't work there only then I will reconsider this place, 0 stars for now!
