Do not go to this location. The employee working here Spanish Lady is very stingy with the toppings when they are supposed to be free.
After eating the food I ended up with food poisoning because the little ingredients they used were not fresh obviously.
I will be filling a lawsuit against this franchise along with doing a charge back on my credit card and calling corporate and will be contacting the local news media and sharing this information.
I'm extremely angry about this

I will never go to this Subway again; they don't honor the coupons I get in the mail. This happens every time I go to this Rockville Subway...I clip the coupon, and make sure it does not say roast beef excluded, but they still do not let you get the roast beef. Then I go to the Subway at 5210 Nicholson Ln. Kensington, just 5 blocks away, and no problem. I also think the Kensington location is cleaner and better service.

Honestly, I don't see any point in using the app on my phone when I arrive at a location, and even though there are a lot of people there, they just arrived and my order was already made a long time ago. And I arrive. And no one has even started to assemble my sandwiches. That is, I can easily stand in line and it will be faster. I think this is wrong. I am a member of the club + I made an order earlier and should be served earlier. And not wait until the line passes and the employee finds time to make a sandwich for me. And of course, as always, the restroom closed. It's illegal to have food place without a restrooms in MD! :(

This subway is always clean and the food is always fresh. I come in often with very large orders to serve those who volunteer with my organization and it has never been a problem. Elsy is the best!

This place is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. And I've been to ALOT! First off the lady who made my sandwich(short spanish lady) was super stingy with all ingredients. This is by far the smallest sandwich I've ever had. 2nd: I had the sandwich of the day(Baja chicken) to which she charged me full price and didn't mention I had to get the full meal to receive the discounted price until after I paid. I paid more for the footlocker itself than I did if I would've got the footlong,drink and chips. Why in the world wouldn't you tell the customer? Long story longer. Do not recommend. Super stingy and not helpful. By the way I was speaking to her in Spanish so language was definitely NOT a barrier.

Really, if the staff is very terrible, the lady who tends there and denies using the bathroom to her clients will be fired for not having the attention that the client deserves.

If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. My husband and I went there, and let me tell ya, the staff, especially this Hispanic lady, were so darn rude. We asked for a footlong, and my man just wanted some extra onion because they hardly put any on. But guess what? She had the nerve to say we gotta pay extra for more onion! Like, seriously? We've worked at Subway before, and nowhere did they charge for extra veggies. And don't even get me started on the toppings—they were all old and not fresh at all. We just wanted some dang onion! Since when did Subway start making this rule? We've never heard of it! And let me tell ya, with my experience working at a sandwich joint, I know good bread from bad, and the bread she gave us was just awfully soggy and flat so it's old bread. I would suggest, save your money and never come to this place. This is the most horrible subways I have ever visited.

We showed up at 5286 Randolph Rd in Rockville, Md at 8:35 pm knowing that store would close at 9 pm. We went in and there was not one person in the store. I ordered for my son the sub he wanted then soon after I asked for the meatball sub for myself but the same and only lady with a horrible attitude, sheProceeded to tell me she couldn’t make me what I asked for because the kitchen was closed. I didn’t understand that if she was able to make my son’s sub before that. I realized then she just wanted to go home as she showed that very clearly. I left sad, hungry and disappointed because I couldn’t get my (dinner)order done. I thought I should let the main person in charge of this branch, know how my experience was and they should make sure to improve service. After all people are paying to get food there and Not begging for free.

Staff at this location aren't friendly and working very slow. They keep talking while preparing the food.They didn't take this job seriously. The worst place I ever see.
