Today is Saturday, November 23, 2024. I placed an order through my phone for a cold cut combo 6 inch and one churro at around 4:15 PM that there at 4:56. The guy was outside on the phone that works there went to pick up my food Home I had the Italian herb bread. It was supposed to be toasted which it was. I went to take one bite bread was tough and I couldn’t even bite the churro. It was so damn hard. I couldn’t even break it with my Damn hand.. I have never had a problem at this subway at 2 N. Washington St. (Rockville,Md.) but rest assured I am taking my food back there tomorrow I have been calling and calling no answer was no customers in there when I went there either didn’t see no more employees so was everybody one man working, he was out front on the phone when I got there so I guess that’s why I wasn’t getting any answer is 943. I have been calling periodically on and off about eight times since 5:40 PM no answer what is really going on I paid almost 9 dollars for my food , I’m taking the food back tomorrow. I want my order redone or I want my money back. Check my food when I did not but I bet I will tomorrow I mean, I could not even break off a piece of churro. it was that hard it is supposed to be warm, lightly crunchy and soft on the inside. It was like a brick and that makes no sense. I don’t know what’s going on, but they better get it together after tomorrow they will not get my business anymore. At all, not even so much as a soda …
Got wrong bread and wrong cheese. Then I was charged for a wrong sandwich, which was more expensive than what I ordered. I should've walked out when the guy insisted that he got me the right cheese.

Overall, my complaint is not really with the food is with the service. One of the ladies was very nice and understanding. The other lady had a bad attitude from the beginning. I parked my car walked inside with the parking ticket. I asked you guys voucher these tickets the one lady didn’t know the other lady said yes then I said do you guys take Apple Pay the same lady who didn’t know still didn’t know the answer looked at me like I was crazy, the other lady kindly said yes and then I asked if the buy one get one free was only for online orders she said yes, so I ordered my food online. I sat down and waited for them to make the food once the sandwiches were ready as was wrapping I said is that The tuna sandwich she said yes I said did you toast it? She said yes it didn’t look toasted. Then she handed me the cup for the drink for the value meal combo I explained to her that I ordered a 20 ounce bottle of soda instead of a fountain drink, she argued with me and told me that I would have to take the fountain drink. The other lady came by and asked what was going on. I explained to her that I don’t want fountain drink, and I must’ve ordered the wrong selection therefore I would like the 20 ounce bottle and if I have to pay the difference, I will I said what is the difference in cost , she couldn’t tell me she had no idea writing this because when I got home was toasted and was not was not the order which was supposed to have been so basically they toasted the wrong sub at the end of the day my wife doesn’t like her toasted so I’m writing this to express my dissatisfaction With the attitude of the sandwich, artist and overall with her negative demeanor and her lack of knowledge about her own store and their own policies and the fact that when the customer said they made a mistake and they wanted something different, she insisted I still take what was on the receipt. She’s too literal. Therefore I would have to write the service here extremely poor however it’s just one associate the other lady , she was very nice. I believe she has worked much longer. She has a positive attitude and a nice smile very warm and welcoming the other lady negative miserable I believe she hates her job.

I went to this subway earlier and had a TERRIBLE customer experience with 'Islam'. He was extremely rude and didn't do a good job explaining why my coupon wasn't working when I tried to use the app. It was difficult to understand him and he was easily aggravated. I asked for a receipt at the end and he gave me an attitude about how I have a receipt in the app, even though I prefer paper copies. The food and atmosphere of the location were great but I wouldn't go back because this was a terrible customer experience.

This is literally the worst subway location I have ever visited. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. If you do not speak Spanish I advise you not to go to this location. The ladies will just look at you and talk about you in Spanish. They have no manners here and are very rude. Don’t bother saying please or thank you because you will not be acknowledged. Steer clear there are so many subways in our area, why bother with rude people.
