I had not been in this bakery in quite some time BUT def regret it. The odor is very bad for it being a bakery. Second the product is not appealing. I can deal with some imperfections but what killed it and never going back is the customer service. Either they ignore you or they rushing u. Their attitude is rude and unprofessional . Last time I checked I was a customer not there to receive charity.

No one at the cashier, lady was just ignoring us doing other things until we asked her about the cake we wanted. There was only three cakes in the fridge which looked a bit questionable, we got home and looked at the cake, the fruits looked a little gooey. Then we tried the cake and noticed a horrible after taste of staleness and fermentedness, the outside of the cake was supposed to be jelly but it was hard. Very disappointed the cake was 31 dollars and our family could not enjoy the birthday cake.

A friend and I had a few moments to spare, so I ordered 3 of the sweet creations at the counter. They were so fresh and yummy. I would highly recommend it. They also had a lunch buffet. It was a bit early for that for us, though people were coming in and getting the buffet. It is worth a stop for the sweets
I give two stars for the food and the bread, which is really delicious, but that woman is chubby, what a more pedantic woman for Jente, so customers are lost, we don't spend a dollar, we spend a lot, lack of empathy to serve customers
