When they launched the limited time $3 steak burritos back in early August, I knew it was once again time to go to Taco Bell to try each of the two new burritos. I drove to this location and picked up both a Chipotle Ranch Grilled Steak Burrito as well as a Cheesy Melt Grilled Steak Burrito by using the drive-thru. The Cheesy Melt burrito was awful, hard, and just about inedible. While I didn't like that one, I felt the opposite when it came to the Chipotle Ranch burrito. This was a good burrito at $3. I left only having paid a little over $7 for two burritos and thought I "walked away" a winner in this post-pandemic overpriced fast food world in which we now live in.

Very bad service! Please hire people who can take orders correctly and understand English. This is not the 1st time that they mess up my order. Place a order over like $40.00 and they are missing some of my items. It makes no sense that, this is always happening and when you go back and tell them about it , they make your food and it looks all sloppy. These ppl needs to be fired! Taco Bell you guys should be ashamed of your company!

The employee are totally unorganized, 3 employees asked me what was my pick name , 3 of them looked at me and went back, no communication. I was waiting at the counter but no one talks to you.

How frustrating that you order BBQ and they don't have it for the nugget and you ask for salsa for the tacos and they don't have (only the devil's) where the other taco bell sauce is. That the managers do not buy enough to cover the tastes of the customers. And spend almost $50 dollars to not have sauce.

While the staff at this KFC/Taco Bell location are consistently nice and polite, the establishment itself leaves much to be desired. It’s frustrating that they lack so many basic items that are staples of their menu.

For instance, they never have jelly. Ever. I’ve spoken to management about this, and they’ve admitted it’s a cost-cutting decision not to order it. But this is KFC—jelly is essential for biscuits! How does that make any sense?

On the Taco Bell side, they also never have cheesy fiesta potatoes, another menu favorite. It’s incredibly disappointing when you visit expecting standard items, only to find out they’re unavailable time and again.

To make matters worse, I often find my orders incomplete. This forces me to waste my time contacting the establishment, only to be told to “come back for it.” While I appreciate the offer, it’s inconvenient and frustrating to have to fix their mistakes, especially when it happens so frequently.

In summary, while the staff are great, the overall management decisions and lack of basic items make this location underwhelming. If you’re craving KFC or Taco Bell, I’d recommend finding another location where they prioritize stocking their menu and getting orders right.

Horrible customer service and incompetent workers. I usually go to another location but came to this location because they’re the only ones who still make the grilled chicken chipotle burrito which my brother gets. I was there on 12/12/24 at around 1:08pm. I ordered two of those and instructed them to ADD black beans to them. I even had him repeat it because they have screwed it up many times before. I was ushered to then park at the front because I had a large order. I checked the receipt and it said “+ sub blk Bn” when he brought out my order. I physically walked into the store with the entire bag and told him that the receipt looks wrong and to please make sure I had the CHICKEN + BLACK BEANS and I can pay the difference if I have to in order to make sure I got the correct order. The worker then took the receipt and bag back into the kitchen. When he came back out, he said that there was indeed chicken and black beans in them. I got home, my brother took a bite into the burrito only to find that they were filled with only black beans. I then called the store and a lady who spoken broken English answers. I explained the situation and my frustration that even after them physically checking and assuring me, I was told lies. She said she can make them again and then repeated that I only wanted black beans even though I stated many times I needed the chicken burrito with added black beans. She had a hard time comprehending so I politely asked if she could get someone who can fully understand English on the phone. She hung up on me. Not only that but three of the chalupas I had added chipotle sauce to did not have it in there so I was charged to add sauces to many items which they didn’t put them in - but I didn’t care for that so I never made it known. Again, I only went to this location because they still served those grilled chicken chipotle burritos so I had to make sure the order was correct for the person ordering it. There is a reason this location has low ratings and I will make sure to never come back again. The manager needs to really look into those cameras and see what’s being done because those workers are rude and would rather lie than correct the orders.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this location is terrible. I given this location multiple chances but somehow Every time the order is messed up, (missing chicken, missing items I paid for, terrible customer service, food is sometimes stale)

Today we ordered chicken burritos with added black beans. Had to go in to ask them to verify that chicken was inside as we paid for it and had previous experience with chicken missing. They said chicken was added however when we got home there was no chicken. When we called a lady that barely spoke English ended up hanging up on us when we tried to explain it to her.

Avoid this location at all costs, based on the reviews we aren’t the only ones…

Overall just a bad experience, went in for tacobell breakfast which they do not serve, ended up with kfc which was bland and greasy, soda machine just did not work at all. Overall not a good experience for the $20 I spent

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your 9910 Key West Avenue, Rockville, MD location on November 6, 2024, at around 9:40 pm.

During my drive-thru visit, I noticed a lack of courtesy from the staff. The individual taking my order was unkind and seemed uninterested, which impacted the overall experience. When I arrived at the window to collect my food, the employee who handed over my order did not greet me or offer a simple "thank you," which I found disappointing. Courteous interaction is an essential part of customer service, and I believe it was lacking during my visit.

I appreciate Taco Bell’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and I hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future customers.
