My boyfriend and I met at Tex’s Deli today for lunch since he works around the area, and we love a little bodega vibe. The food and ambience exceeded my expectations— our club sandwich and chicken+cheese sub looked EXACTLY like they did on the menu and were full of flavor. Portion sizes are great for its price, there’s a large tv that was streaming sports channels, and a pool table with just enough room to balance it all out. We will definitely be back here for lunch more...

It’s a beer and bar food place. A small spot in the warehouse district with plentiful beer, a pool table, a loud jukebox, and soccer/horse racing on the TV. Not many places to park.
