The service at this location was horrible. We waited for over 20 minutes which I had to go asked for a server. Then on top of that the waitress was terrible with no manners. She never came to check up on us after we got our food like 40 minutes after she took our drinks order ??♂️ So I did not leave a tip at all. I will never go back ! They literally need new management and new staff.

We had lunch. This is the first visit to this place since the pandemic. The physical appearance is the same, no renovations. The menu was significantly smaller, but no complaints about that. The food was OK, edible but according to price, the final check was appropriate, maybe cheaper than many places in the area. Service was slow even there were few customers. The main problem is that the waiter brought the appetizer and entree almost at the same time. Overall, it's an ok place for a modest meal but do not expect nothing special.

TGIF used to be my family and I to go place, food was always good and the atmosphere was always on point. I went there yesterday Sunday February 18th with my children for lunch, the food and service were HORRIBLE!!! We there were only 2 servers on the floor who waited all the tables. We ordered Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta my girls and I and appetizers. We waited for an hour for our food to get there and half and hour for appetizers. I ordered breadsticks but was told that that they now come with pasta. When the food finally came out, mine was cold, it barely had chicken and shrimps in it and I got a mini and cold breadsticks. The Cajun chicken and shrimps pasta tasted like crap, it was not fresh, noddles were cut short that we couldn’t wrap them around the forks. Our waiter was so confused since he had all those tables to wait for. He gave us drinks without straws, did not bring all the food we ordered and we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to get straws after we got the drinks. We were so disappointed and I am not sure to go back there. Also the lady’s restroom was filthy.

Our server, Fitz, was amazing. Went out of his way and was so incredibly friendly. Food was fantastic. Will definitely be back and having Fitz as our server will be a huge bonus.
The experience my party had left us in utter shock. We got seated and our drinks within a good time frame but our food?! It was brought out like an hour later. Mind you, a party bigger than us got their food before us. It is not like we ordered complicated dishes and the time wouldn’t have been a problem if the food didn’t come out cold and missing dishes. We had no utensils until we tracked down another server asking for them but it felt like the server was annoyed and slammed the utensils down. Our original server disappeared, never saw her again after the drinks. We had our dishes served to us without utensils, napkins, and no condiments we asked for. The real problem in this establishment is the service. Why were we made out to be the annoying customers when all we wanted was the bare minimum service. One of the server was so rude and dismissive when we tried talking about the cold dish. No server ever attended us after we talked to the manager about the missing dish and cold dish, we waited so long for the bill. For the restaurant not to be busy I would’ve expected the food to come out in a timely manner, and not to be ignored. This was so ridiculous. The service was so horrible, it honestly just left me and my party shocked. I wouldn’t wish this type of service upon anyone, the feeling that you’re unwelcome is such a horrible feeling.

Had a nice time at a luncheon. Was very pleased with the overall service, it was acceptable for the number of people 30+ not exact, but alot. Some were gripping a bit, but all in all a good experience. I enjoyed my food and beverage. Once every one was eating the mood was back to better than just normal, I think all would agree.Parking: Convenient
The French fries were awful came to me cold if you want good french fries with your burger don’t come here. We also ordered potato skins we asked for sour cream, the waiter told us we had to ask the manager , the manger said sour cream don’t come with potato skins ??? . ( so you can’t order a side of sour cream ) just awful. The atmosphere is dark you can’t see the menu list , but I think that is designed on purpose so you can just order what you see in the picture. Although the taste of the burger was decent these other disappointing factors have convinced me that this is our last visit to Friday’s and to top it awful they forget you and don’t check on , check took forever to come back

The food was subpar. The ribs were served cold, would have been better warm. My wife's steak was cold and way under cooked. Staff was nice though.
