My family has come to this restaurant over the years for plenty of special occasions, but this last time will be the last. As a former waitress myself, I try to give as much grace as possible especially during a rush. However, I have never committed credit card fraud before. I know about automatic gratuity, and what tips mean to servers, as their wages are not liveable, but automatic gratuities are system generated and not handwritten.
