This place is extremely popular, so be prepared to wait for your ice cream. They have a great concept with freshly baked cookies and hand dipped ice cream, so you can make a bowl with a cookie, ice cream and toppings, or an ice cream sandwich, or just get ice cream or just a cookie.
That being said, you've got one ice cream choice and one cookie option- although it sounds like they have two different cookies that are vegan but usually only have one at a time. The vegan ice cream isn't even in the case with the other ice cream, and the vegan cookie is also not displayed. If you read the menu board, you'll know to ask for it, but otherwise, you might turn around and leave.
The ice cream is a chocolate chip ice cream that tastes like vegan cream with a little bit of chocolate flavor from the chocolate chips. The cookie was also a chocolate chip cookie, which was a little grainy and a little too sweet. I would've liked more sweetness in the ice cream and less in the cookie, but together, it balances out.
An ice cream sandwich here is the size of a meal, literally, so plan accordingly if you like to eat all your food! The seating is outside, not inside, so, plan for that, too.
Great that they have a vegan ice cream and cookie option, but, it would be great if they had at least two of each at any given moment.

Honestly, it felt a bit overrated to me. Sure, it’s nice that you can get warm cookies for your ice cream sandwich, but the ice cream itself was just alright. We tried a few flavors, and unfortunately, none of them really stood out. That said, the staff and service were great—super friendly and helpful. I’ll probably come back to try their brownie sandwich next time and see if that changes my mind.

Went for a sweet treat after dinner and this place caught our eye. Decided to stop in but noticed how chaotic and rushed it seemed as soon as you step inside. The family ahead of us was rushed as there was a language barrier and they needed to translate. Felt bad because of how stressful it seemed and they had a small child. I ordered two cookies, I look away and my boyfriend orders and she hands me the wrong cookies. I brought it to her attention but she mumbled that I said something else instead of admitting her mistake. Maybe it was a busy day and it was dragging on for them but the service def soured the experience. Cookies are decent but probs won’t be back. Too stressful 😅

My new favorite dessert place! The customer service is wonderful and everything I’ve tried here is delicious! We loved the brownies, but my favorite is 2 chocolate chip cookies with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in between. Cannot get enough of it! Not a ton of room to sit, but a cute place. You’ll need to park on the street or at a garage and walk, but it’s a nice area.

I wish they had more vegan flavors but they have all kinds of cookies and special editions. Thank you for being nice and giving service with a smile. Happy holidays. My friends and I tried The Baked Bear half a dozen cookies for the first time. They are absolutely delicious!!! So far i’ve only tried my “ gooey butter cake” cookie and the “funfetti”. i highly recommend the gooey butter cake cookie!!!!!!!! it’s very soft and has a sweet custard taste. the funfetti is great if you like soft sugar cookies!

This place was soooo delish! The ice cream flavors were awesome and I got a cookie which was also awesome. I cannot wait to go back and order a cookiewhich- but I wasn’t quite ready for the sugar overload. The employees were attentive but also patient (I was carrying my baby and also trying to juggle a sample and then my actual cone). I am probably going to become a regular here.
Vegetarian options: Everything was vegetarian, I believe (you might have to check for things like marshmallows or gummy bears), but totally the overwhelming majority of things were solidly vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: The staff were super friendly and sweet to my daughter. Also this menu is basically any kids’ dream.
