The Shadow Chef created an absolutely amazing Thanksgiving meal for my friends and me! Every single dish was delicious and perfectly prepared — from the Candied Yams, Pigeon Peas & Rice, and Cornbread Stuffing to the Macaroni Pie, Cranberry Relish, and Collard Greens. The jerk turkey was tender, flavorful, and unforgettable.
The coco bread was soft and fresh, and the bread pudding with real rum sauce was a massive hit — our guests are still talking about it. The passion fruit juice was another standout and made for the perfect mocktail or cocktail mixer.
They served our group magnificently. My guests were so happy and raved about the food all night. We’re already excited to use The Shadow Chef again for future events. Highly recommend!

We hosted a Bridal Shower for 20 guests. Our order included the following: - Cocktail Jamaican Patty Assortment -Pigeon Peas and Rice -Curried Channa (Curried Chick Peas) -Cod Fish Balls w/ Tamarind Sauce -Grilled Chicken Kabobs -Fried Sweet Plantain -Coco Bread
The guest loved every single item. However, the patties, plantain, curried chick peas, and coco bread were the stars. There were barely any leftovers.

When I put the wrong expiration date on the form, Ms. Gillian called me bright and early to get it corrected. Their customer is amazing and courteous.
