There's mice on the 1st floor. The building is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. It's far from the metro and Accessible only via a shuttle bus that runs 7-9 am and 5-7 pm. I absolutely hated working in this building.Two stars because the security guards and maintenance staff are nice, and there's a decent cafeteria in the basement. Otherwise, this building is the pits. You've got to love the irony of a Leed Silver certification for a building that's almost exclusively car accessible.
