I love getting boneless wings from here but the last few times some pieces were not edible. Of the 10 or 8 pieces I usually throw out at least 3 if not more. Decided to give them another chance this week, I got mango habanero & bbq bayou. The bbq bayou is a limited time flavor, & it was deeeelish. Sadly the wings weren't fully coated in the sauce see photo for reference. Online ordering - the menu seems to have changed a bit I was struggling to find the 10 piece wings I usually order & noticed "thigh bites" were a new addition to their menu. As a boneless wing person not sure if I'd like them but also don't see a count of how many come in the combo - site needs some work! Wasn't easy to order but the bbq bayou was tasty I will be ordering it again !

order# 5755018163945472, I made a call to this location after my husband picked up our order, just a simple customer complaint and a heads up that there was an issue with the soda dispenser. I wasn't trying to be difficult, just looking for a little courtesy and as a regular customer, a promise for replacement drinks on my next order. I paid for the 32oz sodas and received the regular size and the diet coke was not drinkable. The call taker was not just rude, she took my simple call and made it confrontational and nasty. She said it wasn't there fault if my husband mixed the drink wrong (which he didn't, we are regulars). totally unpleasant and totally unnecessary. I won't say we won't ever order from there again but I will say the experience left a bad taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally and will probably put me off their food for a long while.

Complete garbage and overpriced‼ The wings were the smallest I've ever seen. They were so small they should've called them ings. Soggy french fries with what was supposed to be obey and tasted terrible. On top of all that, the girl that worked at was incredibly nasty. Don't waste your time or money‼‼‼

The man in front of me was upset since his wings were very hard and asked for his money back. I took my order and opened in the car. The order was incorrect so I went back inside and told Jose that this was not what I ordered. But then he argued with me and it just it I ordered barbecue as opposed to bayou. Management should teach their employees to be friendly and not rude to customers.

Best wings ever.. And workers were real nice. They operate very well even with covid guidelines.

The boneless wings taste ok, I bit too battered for my taste. The fries are way to seasoned, they taste more like sweet potatoes than regular fries! I'd be better off getting fries from the grocery store! Average food at the best.

My recent visit to this wingstop has me questioning where I stand as a customer . I placed an online order for a pickup which is normal. I get to the location I see there is one associate in the front who is on the phone but bunch of people in the back some working some just standing there. I pay it no mind and patiently wait for the associate on the phone to help me which took about 10-15 minutes. As I'm waiting one of the associates kept staring at me but won't come to the front to ask if I need help again I pay it no mind. So as I'm waitng another customer is waitng behind me now.The associate is finally off the phone and ready to help me when the customer behind interrupts me as I'm about to talk then the associate starts helping the other customer. I step in and say hey I was the next customer in line and associate replies oh he has a pickup order not giving me a chance to tell him that is what I have as well. Ironically once I showed I was displeased with the display of poor customer service the associate who was staring now wants to help me but stared at me for 10-15 minutes. So now I'm trying to figure did I have the wrong skin tone or what. I'm paying customer as well I also worked in customer service before so I'm pretty chill and understood the associate on the phone seem to be placing a big order. I'm not going to Interrupt him while he's helping another customer that's rude! Most people would have made a big stink about just waiting 3 minutes like the customer behind me. So now I'm asking the owner to please let know if me or my money is welcomed at your location.

Usually I have no problems but today they are charging me 1.05 for sauce separately even if you buy wings the cashier didn't want to get his supervisor so he just gave one to me but I was shocked not you guys taxing

What can you say about a place that focuses only on chicken wings! Better make them good. Well, this place for sure has some good wings. Be patient though, it takes time to cook these wings. They are quite meaty (not the puny wings) and so many different sauces to choose from. 4+ stars for their wings. For their sauces, I like their original hot and lemon pepper sauces. The garlic parm sauce is too much sauce or something (reminds me of BWW sauce). My wife enjoys their Spicy Korean sauce. For sides, I've only had their fries, which are great while eating inside, and has some sweetness to them, but man they are so soggy when you get home, and I only live minutes away. Wish they can put them in a different container (they put it on top of your orders; no box). Their carrots and celery stick option is okay for those no-carb eaters. Glad they have this option though. Oh, they do offer boneless wings and chicken tenders. My little one enjoys the tenders (very large size!). Inside, whenever we can eat indoors again, is good with paper towels as napkins, soda machine, and lots of tv's to watch.

I have gone to this Wing Stop for many years now. They have never once messed up an order, have always been very friendly both over the phone and in person. Food is always cooked just perfect, and always taste great.

Way better than Buffalo Wild Wings! Awesome taste, great sauces, good chicken, and delicious fries too. All around good stuff. Not much else to say other than I scarfed it down and had a way better experience picking this order up than I did with attempting Buffalo Wild Wings delivery!!! Also filled my drink at their soft drink fountain, a fancy one that you can get Vanilla Coke from....which is my favorite of course. 5-stars!!! :)

Been here twice now and it's pretty decent. Service has been good since my orders have been ready when promised and the orders completed correctly. I've ordered both boneless/regular wings and like the regular ones better. I couldn't quite figure out if the boneless ones were white meat, dark meat, or a combination, but they are bigger than most chicken nuggets and tasty. I do like the variety of sauces/rubs that's available and the ability to customize your order. So far, my favorites are garlic parm, lemon pepper, and mango habanero. Their fries seem to be fresh cut, but they get really soggy for carryout even after I put them in the airfryer once I got home. Maybe only get them if eating in store.

Ever since going to Wingstop for their infamous bone-in lemon pepper wings about 9 years ago in NY, my husband and I have been obsessed. I have even tried to remake their lemon pepper, but it doesn't come exactly close to it. Being new to the neighborhood, we decided to get Wingstop and took part in their 19.99 All-in-One Bundle: 16 boneless wings (option of 2 flavors), 6 tenders (option of 2 flavors) and a large seasoned fries. The bundle is a good deal and it definitely hit the spot. For the boneless wings, we went with the lemon pepper and hickory BBQ and for the tenders, garlic parmesan and Hawaiian. All flavors were pretty decent, except the Hawaiian was just okay. Next time, we definitely want to go for the bone-in, but you can never pass up a good deal, especially if it's coming from Wingstop. Order on their app or website and it's a easy pick up from there. This restaurant is practicing proper social distancing so no need to worry about that. Get your chicken, your wings, and don't forget to try their lemon pepper flavor. You'll be glad you did.

Lots and lots of delicious wings options... mild or spicy, garlic or bbq, and more and more... Fries are good when hot, but soggy soon after serving. Veggies are crisp. Bread / rolls are very good. Prices are fair. Challenge - the delivery person (during the COVID-19 quarantine crisis) came to our door with no mask and no gloves with our three bag order. That is unsettling.
