If I could give zero star, I would. First of all, I couldn't add multiple toppings like other Boba places. Second, there was a convenient fee added and I asked the employee who works there and he said he does not know. I will never go this place (in rockville) again.

Customer service was non existent. The only person working walked out from the back room stared at me then walked right back to the back without saying a word and I could hear he was watching a tv show in the back As soon as he made the drinks I ordered he went right back to sitting in a chair watching his show. 0 words said. Drinks were bland and overpriced

Tried the Taro and brown sugar milk tea with Boba on 2 different occasions and it doesn’t taste good. The boba is undercooked/overcooked, hard the first time and mushy the 2nd. I don’t recommend for boba but if just getting milk tea, it’s not bad.

Pulled a shred of what seemed like metal, probably from a can, out of my mouth while drinking it but the service was good and the drink was good other than that. Got the strawberry slush with bubbles, very good

I'd been meaning to check this place out for a while, and man I'm so glad I stopped dragging my feet! I can taste that the quality of the milk tea is better than the average boba spot. I really liked the "Tiger Jelly", and of course the icon brown sugar made everything perfectly sweet without being overpowering. If you've been thinking about trying Tiger Sugar, let this be your sign to stop procrastinating!

We were celebrating my friend's birthday and while waiting for a reservation at a nearby restaurant we decided to stop in. This was my first time trying this cafe and unfortunately it left much to be desired. You go to a kiosk to place your order, but some of the selections are abbreviated and you don't have a definition for what they mean. It was super expensive and had no flavor at all. Was a little disappointed. Hopefully they'll try other products.

Oolong tea was burnt, ordering system is a touch a touch screen that lacks a clear explanation of what you are ordering so I managed to get a boba tea with no boba in it due to bad order screen design. Would not recommend visiting.

Strawberry mochi drink had a giant chunk of a weird gooey boba mixture, undrinkable, had to throw the drink out unfortunately.

I came here because a friend of mine highly recommended it. I tried their tiger taro chunk drink, and I liked it very much! I appreciate that they offer an oat milk option because most shops I’ve been to don’t. My LI body thanks you for that. lol Fast service and good hospitality. I’ll definitely recommend this to anyone in the mood for some delicious boba tea!
