Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We ordered paradise point smoothie and hummus wrap with miss vickies sea salt and vinegar chips. Both of them were 10 out of 10. Staff was friendly and laughing with my girls as long as we were there.

I went in with a smile
The lady who waited on me was awful
(Highly) allergic to pineapples
I tasted it
I instantly felt nausea went back and ask her did she accidentally put them in she said no and offered to make another one
And did
The banana was brown but I took it anyways NO APOLOGIES FOR IT
I TASTED IT AND TASTED LIKE WATER N THREW IT OUT
HER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTIRE WAS AWFUL 😖

Great smoothies

Arrived at 7am and no one is here. The hours stated 7am is when this location opens. Unacceptable.

Found a hair in my bowl super disappointed I even left a email to the store/owner and never got a response.

Workers have a bad attitude. I don't recommend this spot with people like that

Restaurants is good, food also the service somewhat ok not all the girls are friendly. But is clean and I love smoothie so I keep giving them a try.

Yummy, delicious, healthy. Good for a cool and refreshing lunch during the hot summer days. I thought the service could be warmer, but maybe I was too intimidating.

I ordered a single apple. It took 5 minutes.

5 minutes for a single apple that cost $2.19.

My husband goes to this location normally in the evening. Yesterday we went around 11:45. We placed our order for 3 smoothies and 1 flatbread and told them exactly how to make them as the evening crew knows us, and we don't have to tell them. My husband stood there and explained how to make the smoothies. They had an attitude off the jump, and the smoothies were made wrong 3 times and they don'tput the top on completely. . I guess the young lady was being funny because she made one so thick that you couldn't drink it. We ended up throwing 2 of the smoothies in the trash and just leaving. My flat bread sandwich was given to someone else who didn't order it, and I'm sure they were mad when they opened it up. This is the worst location that I have ever experienced, and we will not go back. The customer service received from the employees was very bad. Your employees need to know that if they don't want to provide great customer service, then they should just quit. Your customers deserve to be treated nice because we don't have to patronize this location at all.

Possibly the WORST Tropical Smoothie I know. Time after time, there is always an issue with my orders. My last order, I specifically removed peanut butter from my smoothie build and added strawberry. I get my smoothie.... And it has peanut butter AND no strawberries. Suppose I have a peanut allergy?!? Between that and the consistent bad attitude of the workers here, I'm done giving this location a chance. Terrible.

I don’t know who was the young lady that works on Wednesdays afternoon around lunchtime but she was a small Hispanic lady who was simply just rude! You should not have anyone who cannot provide the bare minimum costumer service working especially during lunch rush. And to top it off my flat breads was cold and nasty I will definitely not be returning to this location
