Excellent experience. The popcorn chicken was fantastically seasoned. The spring rolls were crisp. The boba was flavorful. The food came out fast and that was great because we were in a bit of a rush. Also they were very sweet people running the shop.

The boba at Tea Dynasty/J’s Asian Street Food is the most consistent in texture and flavor in the DMV. My favorite drinks are the Osmanthus Tea and Rose Milk Tea. This a family owned business - they are so kind and personable. There are many boba shops to try in Rockville, this one of them (it’s a favorite)!

Good hole in a wall type shop. The braised pork rice isnt purely traditional, but i think they improved on the balance and i really enjoyed it; or at the least its a very nice alternative. Boba in the past have been good too. Some of the tables and floor could be better. The take out containers are great for group orders.

I just went in to get some lunch. I’ve never been here before today and I can say I will be coming back! I received my order quick and it’s DELICIOUS! I got the beef noodle soup and the winter melon tea. The woman that helped me at the front was so sweet. Perfection! I’ve recommended this place to my coworkers ♥️ it’s a gem

I have only tried the banh mi so far but I look forward to getting more meals here too. The owner is also very friendly and service is prompt!
Delicious bubble tea and food! I got the takoyaki and popcorn chicken appetizer. Both were so fresh! I also recommend the lemongrass tofu banh mi for a great meatless option.
